Envelope punch board for Valentine

I found this cute little
Valentine box online and want
to share with you my version.

To make this box you need your
envelope punch board:
I like this board so much, for it
has so many more possibilities then just make envelopes.
I used it to make this wonderful little box for Valentine.
It holds either a mini card or a nice heartshaped chocolate.

I found all the details on how to make this HERE.

I used a few older supplies from Club Scrap:
paper from the 2006 Retro kit
stamps from 2008 Valentines
the smallest heart from my spellbinders

After following the direction from the tutorial
I made this tiny heart for decoration on the box.
It is cut out of both end bits of the box.

Through the holes I added a small light pink
organza ribbon and.....

glued the punched out hearts to the end of the ribbon.

As I want to add chocolate into the box
(will go out and buy some soon!),
so I made a tiny 3x3 inch card and
matching envelope (having the envelope
punch board out anyway). The Retro kit
came with some lovely vellum paper.

Again I punched a heart. This time through the front of the
card and by adding white paper inside, the heart comes out nice in the front.
Punched out hearts are used inside.

Sentiment on top is from a 2008 Chritmas
gift tag um rubber stamp set.

The sticker on the back is from the Fizz kit.

In for more ideas? Come back tomorrow,
for i will share ideas with you all week
leading up to the big Valentine Blg Hop
on  Saturday Febuary 14.

Have a creative day!
