Sunday scrap page: Garden Center

Yesterday I shared with you a new technique
I found on internet on a card, today I used the technique
on a scrap page.
If you are interested in the technique
(it is super easy!) take a look here:

This week I took my grandson to the gaden center
for picking out some new flowers for the garden.

The border of this page is created with flowers,
a ribbon and a sentiment.

The papers for this page are by Club Scrap
and are from the kit Bon Apetit (June 2012).

The word "hello" is a die from Stampin'Up!
and the flowers are the large and mini cloisonné flowers
by Michael Strong. I embossed them with a mix
of embossing powder I have fromall kinds of left overs.
The heart of the flower is a punched out piece
of blackpaper.

The sentiment is by Create with TLCI was looking
through the sentiments I have and this one seemed just
a fun one to add to this page for i take Owen on many
learning experience trips!

Thank you for looking and
have a creative day!

Waw... Hetty this is so exciting. I think Owen enjoyed going with you to the Garden Center.
I love the way you decorated this. Both of course with MS stamped/embossed flowers. But the way you got the background colors to match the colors of the flowers you were considering buying this looks just perfect. Creates harmony !!
Love your work. And still wondering how you find time and energy to all your chores plus crafting.....
Thanks for sharing dear friend.
Hugs from Monica
