Today is my Wedding Anniversary
and instead of scrapping,I share with you the card
I made for my DH.Yes, this year it is a coffee card!
We both like our cup of coffee. We both drink our coffee
black (me with a sweetner and Ray with a sugar).
We both love the Nespresso coffee.
Ray likes an espresso now and then
and my absolute favourite is a Pumpkin latte now and then!
(but you - who read my blog- must have noticed that!).
I made this matching enveloppe for the card
using coffee ring stamp, beans and a coffee stamp stamp
(funny ha!)
For the card i used
Michael Strong's large heart stamp and mini coffee cup.
you might notice that I used a mirror image of the
coffee cup stamp. How did I do that, you will ask for sure.
Hereis a tutorial:
The background is a piece of scrap paper
worked over with the beans and the
coffee ring stamp.
The large heart is copper paper and copper embossing
powder. The cup is blue paper and copper embossed.
I am in love with that pearl in the cup, so I had to do it again.
The sentiment on this card is from Create with TLC.
Printed with the coputer and cut with a die.
Here you see the card waiting next to Raymond's
morning coffee.
