Sunday scrappage: Friends

This week I had friends over from the United States.
Me and DH had been staying with them and finally we could
return the favour.

Papers end sentiment are by Club Scrap
Tulip stamp and die by Michael Strong.

Of course I had to take my friend to a craft store
and we found some great Dutch vintage stamps, dies
and this embossing folder that I had to buy.
You can see all those products here.

I loved using the embossing folder and colored
it like the Dutch national flag.
The tulips are also in those colors, paper and embossing
powder. Then cut with the matching die.

This windmill is not very far from my house
and great for taking photo's. I just found this great
sentiment between all my stamps. it is from the
Woven Strands  rubber stamps.

Laura, it was great to have you here and way to short!
Hope we meet again in the future.

Have a creative day!

As always, great LO Hetty! I love the three tone look you gave the embossed piece.

Oh Hetty this is fabulous - love the sentiment stamps and the tulips are the perfect accent - I do love the design of them. So glad you had a great time together with your friends

Hetty, Don and I had the best time with you and Raymond! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!! Love the scrap page you created! You have such a creative eye for layout and color! Your windmill makes such a wonderful background for photos! Mike's tulips are perfect! Love the way you sponged color on the Holland embossing to resemble the Dutch flag!!!
