Club Scrap Dec card sketch: Hanukkah

On the Club Scrap Forum there are many challenges
and the monthly card scketch is one of them.

This is the sketch for December
and a wonderful easy sketch.

As my kit only just arrived and I quickly
had to cut my stamps, they are waiting to be
used for more cards, I started with making this one.

As Hanukkah is this year starting at the same time as Christmas
i need to make some Hanukkah cards. The sketch is perfect for
y card. i got out some of the old Club Scrap stamps for
Hanukkah and stamped them on the Shades of Winter
paper background. Then cut them into 1 inch strips and
rounding of the corners. The other papers are from the
Boardwalk kit. Wanted to keep my December Shades of Winter
papers for later. On the candles i added some sticky gemstones,
you just hardly see them on the picture.

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!

What a beautiful card Hetty - the paper and the stamps give it an almost three dimensional look.

Love the look you created on your beautiful Hanukkah card, Hetty! Like how you stamped the symbols with a collage look on the club scrap paper! Also love the way you rounded the corners of the 3 strips! I may have to CASE this layout! Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Hello, Hetty! I'm finally here to check out your cards! I know you must have been making cards like crazy for the coffee hop! My computer could not have picked a worse time to die on me! And that hard drive was not even a year old so I didn't think that was going to be the problem! Your Hanukkah card is gorgeous!
