Bugaboo digital stamps: Oldie but Goodie

Hello Crafty Friends!

Here we are on the last day of this strange year.
I bet many of you are glad it will be behind us,
but what will the future bring?
Lets all hope 2021 will be a very good year!
For my card I used the Little Martian digital stamp by
Bugaboo Digital Stamps for  the Oldie But Goodie Thursday.
I had this one in my folder of printed images. I just want to use what
I have lying around (too much!!)
For the background I used two stencils by Funky Fossil Design.
I used the bubbles and the retro star stencil.
The image is colored with stampin'blends
(markers by Stampin'Up!) and then cut out
and added with foam tape to the background.

The numbers and the sentiment are cut out with
dies and accents with a signo white pen.
In the heart of some of the stars I added a little
holographic golden sticker for some bling to this card.

Thank you for looking,
stay safe and helthy
and keep crafting in 2021!

Christmas decorations with Funky Fossil Designs

Hello Crafty Friends!
I have been creating a few Christmas decorations for
a friend and my grandchildren.
I found these wonderful wooden stars in the
Action shop here in The Netherlands. I got the
idea right away to decorate them with some stamped images.
The first one is for my friend Donna, who is the designer
of the Hogs and Kisses stampset that you find on the site of

The second one is for my eldest grandson Owen.
For this snowflake I used the  stampset
Space Cadet. The numbers are cut out of
gold oaoer with number dies from my stash,

And the last one is for the twins Colin and Aiden.
Two little piggies on one star. Besides the Hoggs And Kisses
stamps set, I used a Tim Holtz Santa hat and stars and
holly from the Christmas Characters set.
On the snowflake I added lots of tiny sticky gemstones.

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas
and stay safe, thanks for looking
and keep crafting!

Christmas Wreath

Today I am playing with a stencil and a stempset by
the Starry Circle stencil and
the Christmas Caracters stamp set.

I started out with the Starry Circle stencil and
Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink.

After sdtsmping all the images I needed,
I cut them out and colored them with my
Stampin'Blend markers.
For the little elf I added some glitter glue
on her skirt..
After adding all the images to the card,
I added a ribbon on top of the circle
and decorated the tree with glitter glue baubles.

Also the heart of the snowflakes have a little
glitter glue.

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Guest Designer

Good Morning coffee loving crafty friends!

I am on the
again with more coffee cards.
These cards are made with
Club Scrap papers, stamps and stecils.
Also I used a wonderful formula for Z-fold card shown by
Tricia (owner of Club Scrap) and you have 6 cards in a jiffy.

So the above 2 cards you find on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog,
the next two cards you find on the Club Scrap Blog
and here are two more cards for my own blog:

I absolutely love making these z-folds cards!

This card sums up my adiction!
The papers are all from the Club Scrap Coffeehouse set
and I also used the matching Coffeehouse stamps.

The coffee cup to go is made with a bigz sizzix die by Tim Holtz.

Here you see the card folded open and you see that I also used
some stencils. Unfortunately these stencils are not
available anymore.

The coffee cup behind the word coffee is the oldest
stencil from the Mocha Java set, that made me hooked
to making coffee cards!

The 2nd card uses stamps and stickers, that came with the Coffeehouse
kit and they combine perfectly. Cups and percolator are stamps.

The beans , coffee rings and sentiment are stickers.

The stamps are embossed in copper and a little
coloring with gathering twigs distress ink.

Thank you very much for looking,
stay safe and
keep crafting!

Working on Christmas cards

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I am working on my Tim Holtz Christmas cards.
I was in a way inspired by one of the live tutorials by Tim on Facebook.
If you have missed them, you can see all the tutorials on

I started with making my own splatterbox for
the backgrounds of my cards.
I made my backgrounds with speckled egg and
cracked pistachio.
Here you see the finished and dried  backgrounds.

On top I used several of Tim Holtz stencils
with distress ink. Here I used the new eustic wildernes

and here i used speckled egg distress oxide ink.

On top of the stenciled background I stamped a
sentiment for Christmas (Handwritten Holidays 1 and
mini handwritten Holidays)
and a tiny cardinal, that I colored with zig markers.

When all done I added  walnutstain distress oxide
all around the panel.

The panel is finished of with red and white baker's twine.

Or with yellow and white baker's twine.

Thank you Tim Holtz for all your inspiration.

Thanks for looking,
stay safe and'
keep crafting!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Guest Designer

Good Morning Coffee Loving Cardmakers!

I have some wonderful news. This month I am a guest designer on the
Every Friday you will see some of my cards and some of my favorite
brands of stamps I love to use for my coffee cards.

Today I start with the coffee stamp that Michael Strong made for me:

Above are the cards that are on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog
and more details there. Here I have a few other samples, because once I get going...
I just have to make a few more!
A variation to a theme.
I started with the tim holtz cup embossing folder
and for my first card I colored the raised parts and added
coffee rings (Club Scrap) at the border of the card.
On the embossed background I added a piece of design paper
the gold embossed coffee cup and a sentiment I created out of
several sets.

After embossing the card, I did not color it and used the
same design paper, but the mini cups and the same
sentiment.

For card #3 I added a piece of gold embossed paper
in the background and the gold embossed cup in red.

Well. which one do you like best? I might send it
to you!

Thanks for looking,
stay safe, enjoy your coffee
and keep crafting.
