Sunday Scrap page: Celebrate

Here is my Scrap page for today

and the theme is 

"Celebrate"

Well, with my grandson turning one

this week, that is not a difficult task.

For the page I used Club Scrap

June's Hopes papers and stickers

that came with the kit.

And also the Michael Strong cloisonné leaves.

Here you see how I created the flowers:

I used the circle stickers as the heart of the flower and

out of the cold paper I cut some scalloped circles.

The stems are done with papers from another kit

as well as for the leaved.

I embossed the leaves with copper kettle embossing powder.

Here another sticker from the kit

and the name is cut with a Tim Holtz 

long die. The saddle punch is used to make

a handle to look behind the one, where

I have done some hidden journaling.

Here you see the journaling that is behind

the one.
