Happy Passover
to all those who celebrate.
This year I was inspired by pinterest to make
the table decoration for my Seder Table.
This is how I made it:
I found this picture on internet and opened it in
my word programe.
Copy and paste the image and you get a large
sheet of matzah background printed on an A3 piece
of heavier paper.
Then cut a square piece of paper 10,5 inchx 10,5 inch.
Take your scoring tool and score horizontal
and vertical at 3,5"and 7".
Cut 4 lines like you see on the picture above.
Turn the paper and add souble sided tape.
Fold the lines and tape the box together.
Put the box aside and take out your stamps.
The sentiment is by Stampin'Up!
and the circle stamp is by Michael Strong.
I embossed the circle stamp with a few different
embossing powders, that is why you see the differnet
brown colors.
The sentiment is punched out and the scalloped
circle is a spellbinder die.
Around the box I fastened an orange ribbon to match
the flowers I chose. Circle and scalloped circle taped
together and fastened with foam tapeto the box.
On top of the circle I fastened the sentiment.
Now Of course you can use it for Easter decoration too.
Take another color paper and a different image on
the front and it is your vase box.
Thank you for looking.
Have a creative day!
Happy Birthday Hetty! and Happy Passover!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to use the computer image multiple times in Word and print it! Your Vase Boxes are so pretty! And so are your beautiful tulips! Love the green napkins and the matzo printed napkin rings too! Happy Passover!

Wat ziet dat er vrolijk uit! Mooi en vrolijk! Fijne Paasdagen!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, and I love the matzo background! I took the image and converted it into a seamless tile - if you want it, let me know.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing 2016 ideas after this beautiful setting.
