Art Neko stamps

What

I have some great news.
I have been asked to be in the Design Team
These stamps are with Oriental designs.
As Design Team we will start in July, when
there is a new website and a blog,
meanwhile, I will be sharing some cards
on my own blog to get your attention!

Here is my first card:
Art Neko has no coffee stamps, but Eastern tradition has a lot
of tea cermonial, so tea stamps there are a lot!
Will also be great for the coffe/tea hop that will be here soon.
This stamp you see here is called Table set for tea
and you can find it HERE.

As I am not very well in coloring, I used this stamp in
a different way and this is how I made the background:

First the paper is colored with fossilized amber distress
ink and a blending tool.

Next I cut out of a piece of scrap a circle and
used this as a mask to color the sunset with
carved pumpkin distress ink and a blending tool.

This was too plain for me.

So firdt I coverd the sun with a paper circle and on
top I put the rays stencil and colored again with
fossilized amber distress ink.

Now the panel was ready for stamping.
I stamped the image on top with black onyx
versafine ink.

On the finished card you see the teapot is colored
vintage brown. I cut it out from a piece of scrap paper
and added it with foam tape, to give the picture some
dimention. With glue a few sequins are added.

Thank you for looking.
