Even though we do not celebrate Halloween in The Netherlands,
I always like the cute images for this fun festival.
My grandson likes it too, so I made this treatbag for him.
I used digital images from Love Cynthia.
This time I used the pre-colored images.
The bag is decorated with these colors of distress
oxide ink and an acrylic sheet.
You dab one color at the time on the sheet, spray a little water on it
and dab the color on the bag.
Here the first color: fossilized amber.
After adding 3 colors it looks like this and
dried it with a heat gun.
With a bat punch (SU!) I made a template to use on the bag.
With Hickory Smoke and a blending tool I transfered
the bat to the bag.
Of course I made a matching tag with the bag.
The sentiments on the tag and the bag are rubber stamps
from Tim Holtz. All the images are printed and cut out
with scissors.
I want to enter my treatbag for the photo challenge
on the Simon Says Stamp Blog:
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
An absolutely adorable gift bag, with lovely colours and lots of happy details.

What a cute Halloween treat back for your grandson! Love the way you added splashes of color to the bag and how made your own stencil for the bats! The little people are very sweet too!
