Today I was inspired by the colors of the Color Throwdown Blog
to make my card with a printed image.
Here you see the colors: yellow, orange, green and blue.
So I printed this:
It is a free printable from a Facebook group I belong too:
Next I took out these four colors of Distress oxide sprays
and sprayed them on the printed image.
When completely dried it looked like this.
I also sprays some water on top to make the colors
a little lighter.
With a few Stampin' Blends for coloring I added
some extra color here and there.
And this is the finished 4 x 5,5 inch card front and back
with a ribbon tied in the middle.
I stamped the birthday sentiment with some clear stamps
from my stash. This way I could see clearly where to add my
sentiment. I also added some blig with sticky gemstones.
And here an extra look on the backside.
Thanks Paulette for this wonderful printable.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
It turned out so beautifully.

Love your card, Hetty! The colors are so pretty and you did a great job with the Stampin Blends to add extra color on the flower and butterfly! It's so cool to have the image on the back too! What a great idea!!! Thanks for sharing your creativity!!
