My card today is for the
where the challenge is
Do or Use Something New.
Well, I did both.
I became a member of a new group
for Oriental stamp art
and because of that I bought this
paper lantern die.
Here you see the die, it is not too large, so easy to use
on cards and wonderful to combine (here on the
sleeve of my coffee cup).
So those of you who visit my blog more often,
know my love for coffee, so here my first
oriental coffee card.
The backgroud is made in resist technique
with an Art Neko flower stamp.
The coffee cut is cut with the Stampin'Up!
coffee thinlits. The stamped sentiment
is by Stampin'Funn. The "hello"die cut
is from a Tim Holtz die.
The girl is an image I found on internet
and colored with zig markers.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day.

Cute card Hetty. I wondered when we would see an Asian coffee card! So nice to have you aboard. Peg
Such a fun card, Hetty! Love how you combined your love of coffee with the Asian theme! Your background is sooo pretty too! Thanks for sharing!
What a sweet card Hetty - very Asia, and typically, a coffee card too :-)
