Welcome to another Club Scrap Technique Challenge.
This month Lilian has come up with a fun technique
called : Masterboard
and she even made a video tutorial about it
that you can find on the Club Scrap Blog.
As I am in the mood for Spring I created this
12 x12 inch page with some of my favourite
Club Scrap stamps from the past:
Here is how I created this page:
A blank page of 12 x 12 inch paper, a honeycomb stencil,
3 colors of ditress stain, some wooden stamps and
some unmounted stamps.
First i colored the background with the stencil and
the colors of the stains.
Next with a few colorsof ink I stamped randomly
over the paper like shown in the video tutorial.
I used the distress stain to color the flowers here
and there .
An the last touch is splashing some black soot distress stain
over the page. Now the masterboardis ready tobe cut
and used to make cards.
Here aree the first two:
For the first two cards the paper is from the Woven Strands kit.
I made the first card with the sketch
on the Can you Case it Blog.
Cutting up the masterboard was hard,
because I quite liked it (could also
have been used as a scrapbook page).
I also want to see how many cards I can get out of it!
Hope you come back this week and see more
of the cards theat I will be creating.
Now what to do with the piece of paper where the circle
was cut from? Well used it for another card with a
stamp inside from the New Club Scrap kit from
March called Paris Fleamarket. You can see it HERE.
You might give this technique a try too and add your
link to the Club Scrap linky party.
Thanks you for looking.
Have a creative day!

Hello, Hetty! So sorry I haven't been around for the past week - I've been sick with a nasty flu. Still miserable but I finally did some crafting and I wanted to get caught up on your cards that I missed. These are beautiful! So creative! The backgrounds are so fun!
Awesome! You even used a stencil. Love the spring colors!
