Kleuterklas/ Kindergarden

Vandaag eens oude foto's gescanned. Dit ben ik op de kleuterschool. En nog steeds zit ik op de kleuterschool!! Ha ha, maar dan als juf!
Het papier is hier van Club Scrap (Bridges en Chapter one). En de tekst op de foto heb ik met een rub-onz gemaakt. Today I scanned some old pictures. This is me in kindergarden. And believe it or not, I am still in kindergarden. Hi Hi, but as a teacher!

Techno Stampers sketch #5

Ik heb een nieuw blog gevonden met leuke uitdagingen. Het is een schets uitdaging op het blog van Mary Jo. Ik heb er al een paar keer aan meegedaan en deze keer heb ik weer eens de koffiestempels tevoorschijn gehaald. Elke maandag is er een nieuwe uitdaging.
Bij deze kaart heb ik technieken gebruikt van de Technique Junkies.
Stempels en papier zijn van Club Scrap Mocca Java Remix, behalve de dames aan tafel die zijn van Inkadinkado.

I found a wonderful new blog with challenges. It is the blog of Mary Jo. She has a sketch challenge every Monday. I got out my coffee stamps and made this card.
For this card I have used some techniques from the Technique Junkies called burned embossing and cracked glass. All stamps and papers are from Club Scrap Mocca Java Remix. Only the girls at the table are from inkadinkado.

Stempelen op fluweel/ Velvet stamping

Nog een kaartje waarbij ik op fluweel heb gestempeld. De uitleg zie je bij mijn Valentijns kaart.
De stempel van de kat is van Michael Strong. Papier en tekst van Club Scrap. Prima flowers, lint en slitpenhartjes van Making Memories maken het geheel af. One more card with the Velvet stamping technique. You can read in my Valentine post how to do this. The cat stamp is from Michael Strong and the paper and sticker is from Club Scrap. Prima Flowers, ribbons and heart brads from Making Memories finish the card off.

Valentijnskaart/ Card for Valentine

Mijn liefste krijgt natuurlijk een mooie kaart van mij! Hij is deze keer gemaakt met papier en stempels van de speciale Valentijns uitgave van Club Scrap: From The Heart.
Het stukje fluweel komt uit de januari doos. Dit is bestempelt. Het gaat heel makkelijk: je legt je stempel op tafel, neemt een stukje fluweel, bevochtig dit met water en leg het met de zachte kant op de stempel. Je neemt je strijkijzer en zet hem half aan. Even op de stof drukken een seconde of tien en je hebt een prachtige afdruk.This card is of course for my lover. It is made with the special issue of Club Scrap for Valentinde. This kit is called: From the Heart. The piece of velvet was in the January box and was stamped on. This is real easy: you take your stamp and lay it face upwards on your table. Take a piece of velvet and spray it with water. Lay it on the stamp with the soft side. Than take your iron - not too hot - and press it down for about 10 seconds and you have a perfect impression.

Mijn pagina voor Valentijn! Al het papier, stempels en embellishments zijn van Club Scrap. Het zit in de januari 2008 doos en die heet A Study in Red. My page for Valentine! All papers, stamps and embelishments are from Club Scrap. It is the January 2008 kit called A Stidy in Red.

Koffie met een Hart/ Coffee with a Heart

Ik kon het zelf bijna niet geloven. Maar op een dag dronk ik koffie en toen ik in het kopje dat aan de rant zich een hartje had gevormd. Daar moest ik natuurlijk een foto van maken (ja, ik heb altijd mijn camera bij de hand!!) en hier is de scrappagina die het geworden is. Papier en stempels zijn van Club Scrap. I could hardly believe this. One day when drinking coffee a heart had formed at the inside of my coffee cup. Of course I just had to make a picture (always my camera at hand!!) and here is the finished scrap page. All papers and stamps are Club Scrap.

25 jaar/year

Voor mijn dochters 25ste verjaardag heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. Papier en stempels zijn van Club Scrap. Achtergrond is met de oliepastel gesso techniek van de Techniek Junkies gedaan en de hartendames zijn van Ten Two Studio's. Daar zijn gratis downloads voor Valentijn. I have made this card for my daughters 25th birthday. Paper and stamps are from Club Scrap.

Nog eentje/ Just one more for Valentine

De nieuwe nieuwsbrief van de Techniquejunkies is weer in de bus gevallen en dus is het weer tijd om allerlei nieuwe technieken uit te proberen. Hier een valentijnskaartje me de techniek "aged metal". Met stempels van Stampin'Up! (Love Ya!) en Snoopy (Stampabilities D1091) en een achtergrond met een embossing mal van de cuttlebug. The latest newsletter of the Techniquejunkies has arrived! So it is time to try the new techniques. Here I made a Valentine's card with a technique called "Aged Metal". I used a Stampin'Up! stampset (Love Ya!) and Snoopy (Stampabilities D1091). Background is done with an embossing die from the cuttlebug.

TV Weekly

Ketting en armand....he.....kralen rijgen???!!! Ja, want nu is er op TV Weekly naast het programma op vrijdag een nieuw programma op woensdag en daar leer je van alles over kralen rijgen. En het ziet er zo makkelijk uit! Nu had ik gelukkig nog wat kralen in huis en die leuke hartjes en het slotje heb ik gevonden in een Nederlandse internetshop: CreaDream. Wil je alles goed van dichtbij bekijken? Klik dan op de foto!Necklace and bracelet..........oy......beading???!!! Yes! Now there is not only craft tv on Friday but also jewelery on Wednesday at TV Weekly. They make beading look so easy! Luckily I had some beads at home and over the internet I found CreaDream in the Netherlands bringing these neat silver hearts and lock to my home.
