Sunday Scrap Page: Wedding Anniversary

This week we went out to dinner to celebrate our
17th wedding Anniversary. To make my page, I was inspired by
the beautiful card I received from my good friend
Laura Holm (here her blog).

Laura made a beautiful background
and use the sweet heart rubber stamp

We had a delicious lobster dinner, a wonderful
cheesecake desert and of course coffee after in
a great bistro near our house.

Here more hearts that were inside the card
(was I lazy or what....)
and the sentiment is one from Club Scrap
as well as all the paper I used.

This I made with my beloved owl punch (I had seen
this image on pinterest and always wanted to do it).
The numbers are thinlits from Stampin'Up!.

Thank you for looking and have
a very creative Sunday!

Amaryllis Christmas

While a lot of my stamping friends are celebrating
Thanksgiving (I hope you all have a great one),
I am getting ready for a Club Scrap blog hop on Saturday
November 26 with the Christmas Thyme digital images.

With this card I hope to wet your appetite, so you will
come back tomorrow and see what the Club Scrap
Artist Team and some of the members have come
up with for you.

As I also do the color challenge on
I colored the amaryllis image with pencil.

Thank you for looking
and see you on Saturday!

Creative greetings,

Sunday Scrap Page: Workshop

Last week I went to a Mixed Media workshop with my daughter.
Playing with stencils, paint, gel medium, sprays, inks etc.
So we came home with lots of  papers ready to be used.
Here is the first one, that fits totally with the Club Scrap
February kit Crewel & Unusual colors. The purple
background paper is covered with the decorated scrap
paper. i cut it 11,5 x 11,5 inch so you see the purple boarder.

The numbers you see are cut-aparts from this kit
and the fleur des lis is a stamp by Michael Strong.
you find it here. I stampedit with dark purple ink
and cut it with the matching metal die that you find here.

Here I used the smallest of the coffee cup stamps
by Michael Strong, cut out with scissors.

All the stamped images are stamped onpaper that was
covered with ink first and next decorated with a stencil.
The word workshop is printed on this paper.

We had a great day together.
Have a creative day!

Nog eentje dan! / Just one more

This card is made only with Club Scrap paper from the Fizz kit. The ribbons and the UM stamps are all from the same kit. Only the "got hugs?"embelishment on shrink plastic is from another UM sheet from Club Scrap about babies.

Uitdaging/ Challenge

Today I used a technique I learned at the Stamping fair for a challenge with a Star theme.
I used Club Scraps latest paper, Stratosphere and its stamp. The face and the squares are from Judi Kins and the star text is from PSX.
