Watercolor crayons

Deze herfstkaart heb ik gemaakt met de paisley stempel van Michael Strong, paddestoelen clear stamp van Kars en letters en tekst van Stampin'Up!. De techniek van de paisley stempel heet: watercolor met krijtjes en is een technique van de Technique Junkies. Een gratis techniek! Je kan hem hier online zien:

Het is een eenvoudig techniek  met een prachtig resultaat.

Club Scrap Natural Resources

Ja, heerlijk als de nieuwe doos van Club Scrap er is. De nieuwe oktober kit is in prachtige warme herfst tinten en nodigt uit om er meteen mee aan de slag te gaan. Voor deze kaarten heb ik eerst een blad uit de tuin gehaald en deze op een stukje wit papier gelegd en eerst met een lichte endaarna en donkere kleur glimmer mist bespoten. Het Blad was zo mooi, dat ik het met de bespoten kant op een ander wit papier heb gedrukt en daarna met wat kleuren gespoten. De cirkels zijn van get Fizz stencil van Club Scrap. Daarna met de bijpassende unmounted stempels en zwarte stazon gestempels en nog met wat kleurpotlood de kleuren wat dieper gekleurd.
Het geheel verwerkt tot onderstaande kaarten.
It is always wonderful when my new pizza box from Club Scrap arrives. This month the kit is called Natural Resources Today I have played with my glimmer mist and my new Club Scrap October papers and stamps. This is what I did: I took a leave from my garden and laid it on top of a piece of white paper sprayed some glimmer mist (first some light and than a darker color). The leave was now a wonderful brown color and I laid it on another piece of white paper with the sparayed color to the paper and I pressed it down (this is the left card). I used my Fizz stencil to make the black spots (graphite glimmer mist) and some unmounted stamps with black stazon. I also used some color pencils to make the color even more intense.
They have become real fall cards.

Cloisonné Cameos

Michael Strong heeft een nieuwe stempel set: Cloisonné Cameos. Dit zijn ovale stempels met daarop de seizoenen. Goede combinatie met ovale pons.



Michael Strong has a new stamp set: Cloisonné Cameos. Wonderful oval stamps with the seasons on them. Great in combination with an oval punch.

Hierboven zie je een scrapkaart, die ik gemaakt heb met een foto die ik op mijn vakantie in Milwaukee heb genomen. Je ziet goed hoe de herfst de bladeren al aan het kleuren is. Naast Michael Strong zijn hefst cameo, heb ik papier en houten blokjes van de Memoirs kit van Club Scrap gebruikt.

Above you see a scrap card I made with a picture I took on my vacation in Milwaukee. It is good to see the leaves are turning to fall. Besides Michael Strongs fall cameo, I used paper and wooden tiles by Club Scrap (Memoirs kit).
