Limited Runs Progressive Challenge #27

Ewe, aren't these sheep adorable?!

They are for the progressive challenge on

I used some design paper from a block from my stash for the
background and wool balls are a rubber stamp from a
cat stampset from SU!. The sheep are colored with
aquarel pencils and a water brush.
The sentiment is made up with the computer and cut out
with an oval die. The hearts are punched out and glued
to the sheep.

Simon Says: Frame it!

So I learned that Hero Arts Rubber stamps is celebrating
45th anniversary and I looked at my stamps and found some real nice
ones I still have from the beginning when I started stamping.
I shared them on my instagram and heared a lot of comment on the
lady with the hat stamp, so why not use it again to make a card?!

So I used the stamps for the Frame it challenge on the
With a die and several layers of paper I created a frame
around the lady with the hat.

I chose the colors of the
of this week.

I added some tiny paper flowers to the hat
in the right colors matching the papers.
In the corners some holographic purple stickers for some bling.

These are the stamps:
C2919 Take Time
E2490 Hat with big bow
both by Hero Arts.

Happy Mother's Day with Simon Says Stamp card kit

Here my card for Mother's Day!
To be completely honest: this card is the card I wish I would
get from one of my daughters :-)

When I noticed the this wonderful card kit on Simon Says Stamp,
I ordered it for myself and planned to make cards for the
Coffee hop, but it turned out differently.
Have a look at the kit:
I could not pass on this and all the stamps are great for
many occasions. So I made a card for a special Lady: myself!
This is the challange on
The Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge blog.

I used the stencil and the stamps to make this card
and made some pictures in the garden. With all the
bushes in bloom it was hard to choose which picture to use.

I started with stamping the coffee cup once on the card
and once on a post-it note. I cut out the one on the post-it
note and covered the image on the card, before using the stencil
and oxide distress inks candy apple and meowed lawn.
Next I added the sentiment.

On top of the heart and the roses I added some gold wink of stella.
This is very hard to catch on the picture, but shiny in real life.

Hope all you (creative) moms have a wonderful day!

Behind the cups there are stamped coffee rings
and tiny coffee beans in distress oxide walnut stain ink.

The sentiment is from my coffee sentiments stash.
And on the sunglasses I added a few tiny sticky pearls.

oxide ink. Next i took Tim Holtz rays stencil and colored
the rays with wild honeydistress oxide ink.

to the first cup and added glossy accent to the glasses
to make them look more real.

The succulents are stamps by a Club Scrap
stamp set with the same name.
The sentiment is a composition of some stamps
from my stash.
The flower is a sticky gemstone.
