Club Scrap Firecracker Linky Party

It is that time of the month again that we share
with you our projects with this month
Club Scrap kit: Firecracker.

If you have been following me, you know I have used this kit to scrap
the wedding pictures of my niece. For this linky party I made a
fotoframe card/ boxframe card and i did this before. So have a
a look at another blog post HERE for all the measurements.
The frame is 6 x 6 inch.
To decorate the frame, I printed the blue and red
design from the Firecracker hybrid kit to make
the rosettes. Also I used the rubber stamps for
some more firework decorations.

I love this sentiment, it fits perfectly
with the picture.

As it is a wedding the frame of course needs
a lot of bling, these are from my stash.

For stamping I used red and blue markers directly
on the stamp to create these fireworks.

To make the card stand up I added a strip of
6 x 12 inch folded in half taped to the back.

TRhank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Summer is here!

Even though today is the first day of Summer
it is also midsummer, meaning the Sun is at it's highest
altitude in the year on the Northen Hemisphere.

So time to celebrate Summer with a card.

For my card I used the Club Scrap Hybrid Firecrackers
kit and the rubber stamps. The papers are from the
Shibori kit. The sticky gemstones from my stsh.

The pinwheels are made out of printed red and blue paper
and cut in little square pieces of 2 x 2 inch.
I have made these pinwheels before and you find
a detailed tutorial here.
The sticks of the pinwheels are a stamp from the
rubber Firecrackers stamps as well as the
word "celebrate". The word Summer is from the
Club Scrap Just Dany kit (July 2011).

I want to enter my card in the
Bright and Cheerful challenge on the

I hope you all have a wonderful Summer.

Thanks for looking and
have a creative day!

Happy Father's Day!

Here you see my little goodie for
my husband, a very good dad of 2
plus bonus 2, in total 4 daughters.
I made a tag to go with the present.

I know my dh has enough socks, but when I noticed
these, I just had to have them!

I knew i had this fun stampset from Stampin'Up!
called "Everyday Hero".
It is a set from last years catalogue.

For the tag, I used versafine black ink
and the colorors are oxide distress inks
mermaid lagoon, candied apple and
squeezed lemonade.

The super hero is colored with zig markers.

Wishing all DAD's a wonderful day!

Club Scrap monthly sketch challenge

Here is my card for the monthly
Club Scrap card challenge.
This is the sketch for June
and I used it by turning it 45 degrees.

What I love to do is to pick one of my
pizza boxes with past papers and use it
to make the card. This time my hand grabbed
the Shibori box from April 2018 and see
what I have left.

I started the card with the use of the stencil that
came with this kit and used two colors of
blue Club Scrap inkpads.

When the background was finished I found a piece
of the cut aparts and fastned this with the
washi tape that also came with the kit.

I was going to stamp a sentiment, but then
this piece of cut aparts was also left in the box
and after adding some dark blue paper behindit,
 it fit the card perfectly.
Great sentiment for graduations.

The paper flowers are from my stash.
I colored them a little with the blue ink
and added glitter glue to them. They come with a little
foam tape at the back to adhere to the background.

and have a creative day!

Club Scrap June kit: Firecracker

Sharing with you the new hybrid kit by
Club Scrap for June:
It is a very patriotic kit and
absolutely great for 4th of July
celebrations. But as you know
I live in The Netherlands and so we
do not have this celebration, but I came up
with another great use of this kit.
I used the background papers and images to make this
wedding lay-out. It is why I went to Israel.
The Firecracker papers fit the theme wonderfully.
Working on some more pages, that I will share with you
in the next couple of days.
I used photoshop to make this page
and on the Club Scrap website
you can find some tutorial as how to use
the program and make your own pages HERE,
Sharon and Pinchas,
I hope your 4ever after will be
so happy and wonderful.
It was such a pleasure to
be at your wedding.
Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!

Club Scrap Lavender Linky party

Welcome to the
where you see all kinds of projects
made with the Club Scrap Lavendar May
paper, stamp or hybrit kit.
As I was on vacation last week,
I had my eye on plants that fitted this kit.
So here I share my scrap page with flowers
from Israel.

I made this page with the Lavender Hybrid kit:
You can find this kit HERE.
With photoshop I created the scrap page. Each month
I try to teach myself something new in this program.

If you need some lessons in photoshop,
Club Scrap has created some tutoials for you HERE.
I look at these over and over again to get the hang
of things. It takes me a long time to learn, but
I get it working more and more.

Hope to see you around with the new June kit soon.

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop bonus

And here is my last, last really last card for the

I have been away exactly the time of the
hop for a wedding in Israel and I had set my
blog before to go life every day.
Now I arrived back home and noticed there
was still one hour left for adding projects
to the link and I ran to may craftroom.

So for this tag i used all that I had left on
ny table before going  away!

Just breathe and have a home made coffee
again! Those are the best (except for PSL :-).
For the background of the tag I used a stencil
that came as a gift to the Cardmakers magazine
last month and colored with walnut stain  and
twisted citron distress oxide inks.
The twisted citron matches beautiful
with the ribbon that I have from
Diana Larson, that was also on my table
(probably had this idea already but no time).
The chair, cups and "just breathe" sentiment
are left overs from Stampin'Up! papers and stampos
and the large coffee sentiment is by
Verve Stamps (so sorry Julee to see the shop
is closing, but understanding the reason - will miss you!)

Thank you for all your comments
this week and sorry I did not reply,
but they are very much appreciated.
Even just before I left I had some Israeli coffee
(the white letters say: aromain Hebrew),
while checking the latest additions to the
coffee hop. Now that I am home I will go
back and check out all the beautiful cards I have seen.

Thank you for looking
and have a latte creative day!
