Welcome to another Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
You find all the details HERE.
I must tell you I have some big troubles with my computer.
My files are encrypted and cannot reach all my pictures to
make art. You may find more on instagram (@4hetty) this
time, because that is easier from my mobile phone.
Today I have been playing with pictures from the old ladies
club at my mother's home for the elderly.
When all the 3d pictures of Christmas came from the storage,
I found some lovely ones that I could use for the
Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. How about this cute owl?!
Here you see a lovely tea cup for Christmas in 3d cutting
on the front of this card.
When you open it, it has a special way to make it stand.
This is how the card looks sideways.
Thank you so much for looking
and have fun with the coffee hop.

Welcome to my blog for
INTERNATIONAL COFFEE DAY!
All week there is already a lot of coffee inspiration and giveaways
on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog.
For my card for the International Coffee Day I used all materals by
Funky Fossil Design (one of the sponsors):
- Coffee Die (Coffee Lover Die Set)
- Design Paper (Patina Design Papers)
As you can see here I placed one of the patina papers
behind the coffee bean heart die cut.
The word Coffee is cut out of very shiny paper,
but that is always hard to catch on a picture.
The coffee (tea) cups are stamped on the same color as the card paper
and the design paper and embossed with clear embossing powder
and on the design paper with gold embossing powder.
For the inside of the card I used one of the sentiments from this
awesome Coffee and Friends clear stamp set.
Pumpkin Spice Latte. What is yours?
And two stamp sets:
and the sentiment is from Pugs and Hugs.
Did you know that by commenting to all
the international coffee lovers blogs you
might win of of the next prizes?
You find all the participants on the

Last night there was another zoomclass by
The theme of the class was:
A touch of Midas.
This was because on all the cards gold paper and gold
embossing powder was used.
I will share with you all the cards we made:
Mine are not exactly as the ones Mike showed and sharded,
because I did not rceive a package of cards from Mike.
Not because it is late, but because here in the Netherlands
we have to pay extra VAT on packages from outside the EEG.
So on top of the zoomclass fee I had to pay an extra $7.
This makes these cards way to expensive. So...the solution
is that Mike sends me instructions via email and I use all
my own papers and stamps I have.
For this card the Silhouette Panel stamps where used
and a wide ribbon (one from my stash).
Behind iets panel there is a square of black, just a litte
larger than the stamped square.
For this card (we made the black one in class) the new mirror
image octagon stamp was used (not on the cataloge yet)
Stamp the image twice on black and one on white paper
both embossed in gold. Cut out and devide through
the middle square. Great guy card!
So for this card you do not need any stamp (even though
you see the small flower stamp - my own addition).
The left card is the one we did in class. It should have
a real nice gold ribbon with leaves, but i did not have anything
like it in my stash, so I added the flower in the middle.
As from the instructions I was not sure of the grid measurements
(1 1/4 squares), I made the smaller squares and the blue version
is my own with little blue dots scattered over the grid.
The tiny squares are punched out of a piece of embossed
Both embossed with gold on gold paper and cut out.
The background design and green paper are from my stash.
Instead of a ribbon that was used on the original card, I used
this beautiful wool from my stash as well as some sticky glitter
The right card was the easiest card. I received these panels to
print and cut out to attach on top of each other with some foam
tape. Around the flowers I used a gold pen (not very visble on the photo).
Out of my own I added the gold ribbon and the sentiment (Dutch for
So this card is inspired by Mike's card, but I had to make
the background myself. And the circle should be a hand stamp,
but I did a lot of searching through my stamps
(I have it!!), but could not find it.
For the background I used several distress oxide inks and then I
used the stencil (Mike's design by Club Scrap) and on top I
stamped Mike's handstamp that wass issued 11 years ago for
a retreat by Club Scrap, where Michael was a guest designer.
The kit of this retreat was called Connection and came with wonderful
papers, this stencil and more rubber stamps.
The round circle stamp (matching the stencil) is from the set

Good Morning Crafty Friends!
Been some time since I post, but then again I have something for you.
I made a tag book and that is for real 12 tags all together!
Nearly all the materials I have used to make this book are by:
stamps, stencils, washi tape, papers, brushes and dies.
I started my project by cutting these colorful tags with a
Bigz tag die by Sizzix/Tim Holtz.
Next I used washi tape on the front and the back
to tape two tags togeter. You find the washi tape
Some tags i decorated with the colorful kaleidoscope
paper that you find HERE.
Then I went ahea by using distress inks,
stencils and the Funky Fossil brushes.
This stencil is called Make Art.
and the brushes can be found HERE.
The stencil here is called Make Your Mark III.
Here you can see all the tags I made
and maybe you are inspired.
Here the back of the card.
This is the front of the book before
I bound it all together.
And now a little about how I bound
them together: The easiest way!
I stacked all the two by two tags
and sew them together with the colorful floss.
In the heart of the book I made a not.
I used some colored floss I found in my stash.
To bind all the pages together I have a long piece
of floss towards the outside and just wrap
it around the book and tie it with a not and a bow.
I added this ring to the front ribbon.
You find all the stamps and other

Hello Crafty Friends,
Last Friday I had my club of card makers
at the care home.
We made some Father´s Day cards.
For the cards I used some dies and stamps from
Stampin´Up! and from my stash.
Also some beer glasses I printed, for these
ladies are not very good in coloring.
On this card you also see a Dutch sentiment
saying `enjoy this`.
The SU! set i used is called Mixed Drinks.
The bubble die is from my stash.
On these card I used some printed beer mugs and sentiment.
I make pre-cut and assample all the right materials
for the card in a bag, The ladies only have to assemble the
cards. Cutting and glueing is something they can do.
They love this way of card making I introduced to them.
And this is the card I made for my husband.
I treat him to a nice dinner in a restaurant this evening.
I wish all dads and granddads a very
