Good Morning!
Today is the last day of the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
I hope you have had as much fun with this
Coffee Blog Hop as I did.
If this is the first time you come over here, you may want
see the original email and you find it HERE.
My card for today is also for the
Spring Challenge on the Michael Strong group.
The challenge is to use punched flowers on your card.
Here you see the finished card
with the Michael Strong coffee cup stamp.
I started out using Tim Holtz rays stencil,
to give the card a sunshine feeling.
Then I punched out some leaves and flowers
out of a few scraps I still had on my table.
Glued the coffee cup to the card and stamped
the steam stamp that comes with the set.
After arranging the leaves and the flowers,
I used a prick pen to make holes for the brads
that will be the heart of the flower.
The quote is typed with the computer and printed
on a little more heavier paper then what comes
usually out of the printer. I love searching the internet
for fitting quotes. This time i just typed coffee and flower
and quote into google and that is how i found this one.
The quote is by Matt Beringer.
Thank you Amy Tsuruta for organizing this hop
and a week of wonderful new coffee card inspiration.
Well, thank you for visiting my blog
each day and leaving all your wonderful comments.
Greetings from
ps. don't forget to have a creative day!
