Bugaboo Digital Stamps: Friday Freebie

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

This is the new FREEBIE on the

BB Basketball Boy

Isn't this a wonderful boy-image!
I love it and even though my grandboys do not play basketball
they will love it too.

So I found some on,ine baskeball image and made it into a digital
background, printed it as design paper.
Colored the image with my Stampin'Blends (these are
markers by Stampin'Up!), cut out the image and
glued it to the blue background and cut it out with a
small border. The sentiment is printed with the computer
and I found this piece of star ribbon in my stash.

Thank you for looking,
stay safe and'
keep crafting!

Happy Birthday, Owen!

Today my first-born grandson Owen is already celebrating
his 7th birthday. I still remember the day he was born,
Now he is such a big boy: he can read, write and draw
beautifully. He swims, loves to help in the kitchen and
of course do games on his ipad. He is a very good
Pokémon player and loves everything about it, so
here is his card:
I found some digital Pokémon paper on Etsy
and printed this for the background.
The images are all from the internet and
cut out by hand. The letters of his name
are thinlits by Stampin'Up! and the
birthday sentiment is by Tim Holtz.

Here a close up of all the images.
He loved it that I got all the right ones!

This is the inside of the card.

Thank you foor looking
and have a creative day!

Card Captain day 2: For the boys.

Day 2 of being the card captain in the
Enjoy Michael Strong group.
This card is also for the challenge
The theme is: For the Boys.

My grandson loves wild animals
like lions and elephants. He is going to
school to learn to read and write after the
Summer, so I am keeping this for him.
I made the background with the direct to paper
technique and these two colors of distress oxide ink.
Start by adding the ink to the craft sheet
and spray a few drops of water on it.

Take the background panel and rub it over the craft
sheet to pick up the ink. You can do it a fewtimes until
you are satisfied with the result. Let the panel dry.

In the mean time I stamped the elephant (by Michael Strong)
in hickory smoke oxide distress ink.

Then cutting out the elephant and punching out
the printed sentiment.
Now that the panel is dry I stamped some flowers
on it that go with the elephant stamp set. For this
I used the hickory smoke oxide distress ink again.
After assembling the card I finished of with
a few black sequins.
The sentiment is by Create with TLC.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Wecome little ones!

We are overjoyed to meet this new addition to our family!
They arrived, yesterday June 30 2015.

And of course I had to make a card to welcome them:

These crazy bird stamps by Tim Holtz in
combination with his baby stamps are just perfect.

For rhe background i used two kinds of stencils
and on the birds another stenil with thee spots
to make themmore interrested to look at.

Fot the baby boys I added some blue flowers
to give it amore cute look.

The sentiment is from my stash
by an unknown company.

I added glossy accent to the baby bottle and the rattle.
Bothe colored with a brush and distress ink with water
from my craft sheet.

We are going to have a lot of fun!!
Have a creative day!

Club Scrap Dungerees: Boy card

Inspired by these paint swiped cards that seem
to pop up all over lately, I made this boy card
with Club Scraps Dungerees papers and stamps.

It fits the theme of boys perfectly and is
so easy to do. You need two colors of
distress paint for the swiping

and the dotted background is made with the matching
distress inks and a dotty Club Scrap stencil (Dec 2011).

On top of the colors the stamps are stamped directly
with black ink and glued to the blue card.

This is the inside of the card
with the sentiment stemped in two
colors and a piece of cut off from the
front glued here.

Hope you will come back tomorrow
for the design team from the
Technique Junkies
will present a new CD
with lots of new techniques
and samples full of inspiration.

Have a creative day!
