Sunday Scrappage: pancakes

Tis weeks page is about making lunch with Owen.
He just loves helping in the kitchen.

I am so happy Club Scrap has a Kitchen kit this month!
You can see it here:
and there are somany fun matching unmounted stamps:
You can see all they have on the website:

With the scrap kit always come some fun sentiments
you can cut and add to your pictures.

The journaling as usual with the computer.
The kitchenware is a stampi had left over from
this weeks stamping with gelatos
(that is the March Technique on the Club Scrap blog).

And this sentiment just called out to use my
Michael Strong mini heart stamp, The top one
is done with the gelato technique (which ives a more
watercolor look)and the other one is embossed with
red embossing powder.

And this text box is made in word on my computer
and says: Oma,can I get another pancake?!

Thank you for looking.

Have a delicious creative day!

Sunday ScrapPage: Buzz Lightyear

Here I am with another scrapbook page.
Papers are Club Scrap Comics

My grandson is a big fan of Toy Story and he loves
Buzz Lightyear. Until now he had a mini version i still had from
a Mac Donald children menu from years back.
I did want the real big doll for him,but not available in the shops
anymore, so I posted an ad on Facebook.I did not get
many reactions, but after about a fourthnight someone told
me she had seen it somewhre and brought me in contact with this person.
And now Buzz is here and Owen loves it. He calls it his Big Buzz.

The printed sentiments I found on line, just google
the sentiment with images. If you  cannot find them, but want them,
just email me.
Here the original Toy Story from 1995
(OMG this is from 20 years ago!!).
On this page you also see the mini stars of Michael Strong.
I embossed them here with 3 colors embossing powder on each star.
The text is printed with the computer.
The other stars are all done in one of the 3 embossing powders
I used next to the journaling. The background stamp in white
is from Club Scrap's Sparkle kit 2007.

Thank you for looking!

Have a creative day!

Sunday Scrap Page: Omaday

This year I also want to incorporate pages
in the Project Life style and this is the first one.

Project Life has pocket sleeves where you can add
your photo's and journaling.

If you never heared of this, here is an introduction:

It is a fun and quickway to make a page.

You see here the use of  Stampin'Up! papers
and the use of the owl punch ( made into a penguin)
and Michael Strong's alphabet stamps.

The penguins that are stamped are from an old
StampinÚp Set, but i am glad I did not do these away.
These sets are called;
Penguin Pleasantries and
Penguin Paradise.

Thanks for looking,
have acreative day!

Sunday Scrap Page: Snowman

Sorry, Owen again on my scrap page.
He just loves snowmen.

I made this page with
Club Scrap Dungerees papers
Michael Strong winter cameo
Looking through Pinterest I found all these cute ideas
with children's hand and feet printed on paper with paint.

So last year i made a snowman foot print (see below) and
this year I used Owen's hand to make these cute snowmen
fingers. The hat, and face were made with some old SU! stamps
(yes, it is great to hang on to some old stamps, they
might come in handy!).
The sentiment is by Create with TLC.

Last year I made a card out of it,
this year I used it on my scrap page.
Owen was very surprised when I painted his
hand and he saw the impression on the paper.

The cameo's are stamped on dark blue paper and
embossed with white embossing powder.
I have a punch just the right size to punch them
all out. in the middle of the snowflake I added
 a sticky gemstone.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Have a creative day!

Sunday Scrap Page: Costa del Sol

And here is the right side of my Spain spread for my weekly
chronicles. Again I used Club Scrap Artifact papers to
match the left page.

And I used Michael Strong's Frame stamp, to frame
the picture of Raymond and myself at a bullfight arena
in Ronda. I stamped and embossed in red embossing powder.
The flower you see on topof the text also comes from the
middle panelof the frame and used here for decoration.
Ronda is a spectacular place to visit!
The arena

It is high in the mounains and beautiful
views everywhere.

For this page i used the same flower punch as
the left side to make them match.
Here you see me at the Alhambra in Granada.

Here you can see both pages in my book.

Just a few more pictures:

We also went to Gibraltar

and saw the monkeys

and went into the cave.

As you know this penninula is British Territory.

As you can see we had a wonderful time
and now we have some beautiful pictures
as a reminder of a wonderful holiday.

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday!

Sunday Scrap page: Vacation

This page is one of two from my vacation to Spain.
The oter one will be next Sunday.

I used Club Scrap Artifact papers (from 2009)
because they fit the color and the pictures perfect.
Spain was so colorful and full of flowers when we
were there.

Everywhere we noticed pots full with flowers
and so I used Michael Strong's pot stamp
for this page. The flowers are made with
a Stampin'Up! punch.

Hope you all had a wonderful
and creative Sunday!

Sunday Scrap page: Fruits of Autumn

At this moment the trees are loaded with
all their Autumn fruits: rosebuds, chesnuts etc.
The pictures fit beautiful on the new Blueprint
Club Scrap paper.

For the lettering I used Michael Strong's
cloisonné Alphabet stamps. I stamped them in
different autumn colors and punch them out with
an ovalpunch. With foam tape i taped them to the fpage.

TheAutumn leave stamp is fromanother of the
Michael Strong's sets.  This one is called
Cloisonné Cameos. I colored the stamped
image with distress inks and water.

The large photo corner comes with the Club Scrap kit
and is absulete a fun acent on the page.

Thanks for looking and have a great Sunday!

Sunday Scrap Page: Balance

As you have seen i had a yoga lesson this week
and with my new sentiments from Create with TLC
I came up with this new scrap page for my
weekly chronicles.

I used Club Scrap's Tribal kit papers to
make this page in combination also with Michael
Strongs Cloisonné Crane stamps.

For the top banner of the page I found some fun images
with google and made a whole row of yoga girls and
colored them with pencil. The sentiment at the end of the
banner, as well as as the sentiment on the picture
is by Create with TLC and you find it here.

The closisonné crane is stamped in ash
and colored around with a little topaz.
The text is printed with the computer.

I also used some DIY washi tape.
I did this before and you can see here
how you can do this too.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
