Sunday: sketch day!

I have been playing with Club Scrap papers
and stamps for two sketches.

It has been some time since I made a sketch from
Freshly Made Sketches, so here is their latest:
This card is a combination of the digital
You've got mail images in the background
and rubber stamps from various other
Club Scrap kits.
This is how I created the flower stamps.
First stamp the empty posteroid on the
white paper and next on a piece pf post-it.
Cut out the inside of the posteroid on the post-it
and cover the white stamped image. Now you can ink up
the flower and stamp this on the posteroid.

The flower stamp is from Club Scrap
March 2017 Delft rubber stamps.

The next sketch is the monthly Club Scrap sketch.
You find this in the Club Scrap Chat Facebook group.

I just couldn't resist making another coffee card.
The colors of this month kit were again perfect for it!
Papers and stamps are all Club Scrap. The coffee stamps
are from a very vintage Mocca Java kit.

Thank you very much for looking
and have a creative day!

Coffeelovers Spring Blog Hop day 7

Here s another project for the
with Club Scraps Delft papers and stamps.

I have made these cups before.
You need an envelope punchboard for it
and a score board. There are many instruction
tutorials on you tube. I used this one HERE.
I made this as a gift set. The cup with chocolates and
a plate to put the chocolates on. Of course a little
for writing some good wishes inside.

The plate is stamped with the Club Scrap Delft
rubber stamps and blue stazon ik. The red tulips are
colored with a special red marker by Edding
for porcelain.

Here a close up of the cup and the decoration.
I used the windmill die by Amy Design.
In the heart of the windmill I added a sticky
pearl. The papers and ribbon are all
from the Club Scrap Delft kit.

The card is made with one if the
cut aparts from the kit.
I just changesd one word and added a cup to go.
These stamps are from Verve Stamps.
It is from the set Get Together.

Thank you for looking
and hope you come back tomorrow
for the last day of the Coffeelovers hop.

Have a latte creative day!

Club Scrap digital kit and irisfolding

Today I have a totally different idea with the
Club Scrap digital Delft kit.
I choose a very Dutch technique called "irisfolding".
This technique started with folding insides of enveloppes.
When back in the days lots of real mail was send,
lots of enveloppes had beautiful inside patterns.
But today email is the most used post.
So other papers are used, like wrapping paper or
origami papers.
For my project I chose some background patterns from the
digital kit and printed those out on copy paper.
If you have never done irisfolding and are curious about
this technique, I have a tutorial here.
So here is card#1 a tulip. As this is not my own
template i cannot share it here, but if you want it,
just emal me.

The technique needs a template
and you cut out the shape in the panel of the card.

The template is behand the card panel and
all is taped down.

from the printed papers I have cut strips of 1 inch.

Folding the strips and taping them down
as the template tells you. I did it easy on
the stem and the leaves by covering this with
a plain green piece of paper.

When all is finished and you turn around the
paper, this is what you get.

Card #2: here I also printed a  background
piece from the Delft kit. The vase shape is cut out
and did in the irisfolding technique.
I added some flowers from my stash on top
of the vase.

On the close up you can see that I added a
 border(sticker) around the vase.

Card #3: a clog.
For this card I made the template myself
and you are welcome to use it:

When i finished doing the irisfolding,
I also used the real tulip stamp and colored
it with a marker. The lines are drawn with the
diamond pen that came with the paper kit.

Tomorrow there is the
Club scrap Artist Team Blog Hop
with many more digital ideas.

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!

Coloring Day 23: Windmill

For  day 23 of the coloring challenge on

I used more of the digital flower that were
printed yesterday. They are from the
After the flowers were printed I took the
stencil from the paper kit

Next the flowers were colored  with pencil.

the sentiment and the windmill are rubber stamps
from the Club Scrap Delft kit. In the heart of the
flowers I added glitter glue.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Dutch coffee to go

When I was shopping, I noticed this box of chocolates.
Then I realized they would go perfectly with a cup of
coffee! So i got out my coffee cup to go (that you
can change the outlook, see here) and used my
digital Club Scrap Delft kit to make a new inlay.

The background was printed first and I used the
previous inlay to trace the shape and cut it out.

The center tile I made in photoshop and as
I am not too handy with this it took me quite some time,
but the result is what I wanted.
The tulips outside the tile were printed
seperately and cut out with a sissor and
glued to the background.

Don't forget to come back on March 24
when the Club Scrap Artist Team
will show you all the things you can
do with the digital Club Scrap kit.

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!

Delft for color and sketch challenge

Today my card is for two challenges:

The color challenge on the

and for the sketch challenge on the

For my card I used materials from
This month the kit is called Delft and has a Dutch
tile theme, so it also came with this wonderful tile stencil.
I used white ink on the blue paper.

Next I used the larger tulip stamp and blue ink
to stamp on top of the white ink.
You only see it lightly, but that is just what I want,
otherwise it is too much for a backgound.

As a focal point I have cut out these cloggs with a die
(Marianne Design) and stamped the sentiment.
The green paper is from the Club Scrap Comics kit.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

More Club Scrap Delft

I am having fun with my new Delf stamps from
Not yet used the papers, these are from some older kits.
Icolored the images with markers for
The Daily Marker 30day color challenge

Card one was colored for day 4 and now I had time
to finish it. After the coloring and adding some cardstock
I also added baker's twine and red sticky gemstones
to finished off the card.

Card 2 is for today's color challenge.
I started with stamping the tile in the middle of
the card and the clogs stamped  more in top of
the tile so i can add a sentiment. I added the front clog
again with foam tape. Next I placed a piece of
post it on top of the tile before making the border
with the tulips and the crackle stamp.
With a blending tool and blue ink I colored
the border and the tulips are colored with markers
(red and green).

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!
