The Daily Marker day 8

Here is my card for day 8 of

I had so much fun yesterday playing
with the Honey Bee Stamps and the Lilínkers Design
clear stamps, that I had some images left for
another card.
For the background I used a bean stencil
and some bean stamps,

The coffee sleeve I made myself with
the crimper. All images are colored
with Stampin'Blends from Stampin'Up!

The sentiment is a clear stamp by
Altenew stamps.

Thank you for looking
and have a latte creative day!

11 November: St. Martin's treats

Today we have a special childrens festival in The Netherlands
that is called St. Martin's Day and you find all info about it HERE.
It is a bit like Halloween, kids go with paper lanterns
and sing after knocking  at the doors in the neighberhood and get
candy treats. So this is what I came up with for this year:

Two kinds of packes.
The first one is a cover for a lollypop.
It starts with a strip of cardstock of 9 x 2 inch of your color choice.
Then score the long side on: 3 5/8 - 4 3/8 - 8 1/8 - 8 1/4"
On the top you make a little whole between the two thin
lines for the sticks. Next I stamped the circle of Michael Strong
in red on blue paper. Next cut it with a circle die.
For decoration i found an image of paper lanterns on
google and printed it on copy paper and cut it to size
to glue to the front and the back of the treat bag.
To finish the paper lanterns I glued tiny black strips
on top and bottom, made a whole in the top for a piece
of backers twine,

Here you see the finished paper lanterns that go on
the treat bag with a piece of foam tape.

Finished bags with lollypops inside.
On top the message says Happy St. Martin's Day.

Side view!

One more side view.

These are the other bags I made . It is a 6x6 inch piece
of designers cardstock just folded into a square package
with candy inside and tese cute Love Cynthia digital
images on the front. I have printed them and cut out.
The moon is made with a circle punch.
In the corner of the pouch I made a whole to put a ribbon
through with either a wish attached or a bat.

and have a creative day!

Halloween Brew

Hi!
Just want to share another fun coffee card with you.
I found  wonderful freebie on Create with TLC.
Digital paper with pumpkin and coffee beens. Ready for
fall or Halloween projets.

Yiou find 2 variations of FREE digital paper HERE.

Then the next day Paulette offered a wonderfl
digital coffee sentiment set, I just could not resist!
You find it HERE.

So I printed the paper and the sentiment.
Then i cut out the coffee cup with a Tim Holtz die.
The sleeve of the die has been run through
a crimper after I decorated it. Eyes are punched
out of black paper and the mouth is drawn by hand.

Do you see the bat hanging on top of the card?
Some left over paper I used for decorations inside.
I finished off the card with some black sequins.
I used some glossy accent to glue them on the card.

I enter my card for the DL Art Blog
with the Halloween challenge.

Thank you for looking
