Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day 7

Welcome coffee loving crafty friends,

Have you seen all the wonderful artwork at
And all the fun prizes there are to win?

For my card today I used
Honey Bee Perfect Blend clear  stamp set

I started out by stamping the word coffee
with versamark and used clear embossing powder.
After spraying the pannel with Kitch Flamingo distress spray
(one of my favorites these days!) and using a piece of paper towel
to rub the words clean, I got this beautiful background.
The cute little beans from the same set are stamped in brown distress oxide ink.

As for the slothy, he is colored with Stampin'Blends
and cut out by hand. I found this lovely metal clock
in one of my drawers waiting to be used!

Thank you for looking!

Stay safe, keep crafting
and enjoy your coffee!

The fungus are stamped and colored with
markers. The bees are stamped on
a separate piece of paper, colored with markers,
cut out with scissors and added to the card
with foam tape.

So Simon Says Stamp now not only has a challenge on
Monday and Wednesday on the Blog,
but also a new challenge only on Instagram.
And this is the challenge and here are my cards:
I first made the above card, with a background of
stencils and oxide Fossilized Amber distress ink.
The stampswhere a gift, so not sure of the brand,
but perfect for this challenge. A few gemstones
for some finish bling and I posted my card to Instagram.
You can find me as 4hetty.

Then I had another idea and made this card with
a direct to paper background I still had on my table.
I stamped some Honey Bee clear stamps on it.
The tea mug I did on a seperate piece of paper and
added onto the strip with foma tape.
Some splashes on the background in the matching
color of the mug for some sea feeling.
The sentiment is by Verve Stamps.

Thank you very much for looking
and have a creative day!

Mojo Monday 508

My card today was inspired by the Mojo Monday
sketch you see below.
It is not exactly, but I guess you can see the inspiration!

I started with a piece of black cardstock and
embossed it with the candy hearts embossing folder.
Then i added some gold and copper gilding wax.

This is the beautiful result.

This stamp is by Honey Bee Stamps
from the set Coffee Break.
I stamped it twice: one time on red paper
and one time on pink paper. The inside of the
cup is colored with markers.

For the inside of the card I used
Altenew stamps. They are from the set
Coffee Talk.

and have a creative day!

January 1st: New Year Resolutions

I made this fun project for the
The challenge is to make something
that showcases your New Year's resolution.

Well, I do not have any special resolution:
just to great each day and make it
as good as can be and share a cup of coffee
with a friend.

I made this fun project, that started with a piece of wood
and 4 pegs. My idea was to make every month a new calendar
page and with the pegs it is easy to change.
I used the number thinlits by Stampin'Up! to make the
number of the New Year.

The calenda page I found on internet. The coffee cups
and the spoon are from my new set from
Honey Bee stamps that I won in
the coffeelovers blog hop. The cups are colored
with markers by Stampin'Up!.

The sentiment is from Create by TLC.
Visit the blog and you find lots of freebies
almost every day.

The  tea/coffee pot is a rubber stamp
I stamped it on teal colored paper and
embossed it with gold.

Thanks for looking
and I hope your year started
with coffee and creativity!
