Tuesday Morning Sketch #681 Bird

 Dear Crafty Friends,

It has been some time since I did a sketch

and today I felt like doing one.

I choose this sketch from
As you can see besides the sketch, it also
needs a bird. For my card I used all
materials by Tim Holtz.
and colored them with markers. Papers are from a
8x8 inch paperpad Christmas #TH94085.
On the pumpkin I did some glossy accent as
well as on the eye.

Thank you for looking.
Have a creative day!

Tuesday Morning Sketch #562

Good Morning!

Eleven years ago the
was started on July 7, 2009.
So with this sketch we celebrate 11 years of sketches.

I just got the new snarky cat stamp set by Tim Holtz and
had to use it for this sketch. It has some hilarious sentiments.

For the background I used some design papers, but for
the center piece I splashes some walnut stain distress
ink on white card stock, before stamping the cat.
On the cat I added also gold stella wink brush on his belly.

The sentiment is stamped and punched out with an oval punch.
For some bling 3 tiny sticky rhinestones are added.

Congratulations, Melissa on your accomplishment of
11 years of sketches. Hope many more will follow.

Thank you for looking,
stay safe
and keep crafting!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #559

This week it is my turn again to share a card I made

I started out with the design paper (SU!) and the ribbon
and only a sentiment had to be added,
but I found that too boring.

Than I came across the bird cage between my scraps
and just had to add it to the card as a more interesting
focal pont for the card. The bird cage is a die by Tim Holtz.

The birds are punched out (an oldie by SU!)  and
decorated with a few silver gemstones.

The sentiment is a rubber stamp by Tim Holtz
from the Glorious Bouquet Set CMS 325.

Good Morning!
Today I share with you my card for the
Each Tuessday there is a new sketch
and you can use all the materials and stamps you have.

For my card I used some design papers from a block
of Making Memories from my stash. A big scallop
square punch, golden leaves from SU! and a flower stamp
from Michael Strong Rubber Stamps. Inside the flower
I used a flower punch and a brad for fastening it to the background.

The sentiment is a stamp is by Club Scrap.

For my card, I turned the sketch upside down
for I wanted to use this cute coffee cups die.

I layered 3 colors of cups on top oc each other,
behind the cute cat from Newton's Nook Design
stamp set called Newton Loves Coffee.

Hope you are inspired to play in the coffee blog hop
for there are many wonderful prizes to win.

For my card I used some design paper,
the new release image by Bugaboo from last week
and a sentiment by Create with TLC.
The circles in the backgroud are die cutted with
some circle dies from my stash.

I also used the cute Boo Teddy Bear image
for the inside of the card. It is colored with
stampin'blends by Stampin'Up!

The Daily Marker day 14: Valentine

On this Valentine's Day I share with you the card
I made for my husband.

Of course it is also for

And I used the sketch from

For the background of my card I used some gilding wax
on an embossing folder background.

The world I colored with distress oxide ink and Mica
distress silver spray.
Here the close up of the wax I used. I bought it on a
craft fair.

The stamps I used are by Stampin'Up! from some years back.
The set is called Going Global.

The stars border is a piece of washi tape.

Thank you for looking
and hope you all have a
creative and loving day!
