CAS color challenge #211

Here I am again with the Beautiful You set

from Stampin'Up!.

I used this CAS Color challenge 

and all the details are here.

The paper in the background is from an older

Stampin'Up! design paper block and perfect

for this challenge. The center image is cut with 

the new stitched framelits from SU!. The flower

and brad are from my stash.

The ruched ribbon in peekaboo peach was first

tied around the backpanel and then the sentiment

was added. it was cut with the smalles oval shape

of the stitched frames.

Color Challenge JAIC347

Today my card is for a color challenge at the 

Just Add Ink Challenge Blog.

For this card I used

Stampin'Up! Beautiful You stampset

and Michael Strong's mini clossoiné flower

These are the colors and you find all the details

on the Just Add Ink Blog HERE.

I started with stamping the flowers in 2 colors 

and painted them with a waterbrush and the same 

ink color as I stamped them. I also splatterd

some green spots in the background. I added

red and lavender gemstones in the heart of

the flowers.

On the left side I stamped the lady in green and

blue dress and repeated this several times.

On the left hand I also added a red ribbon around

 the blue paper and stamped the sentiment underneath.

Birthday card for you

Here is another birthday card with a combination of the

Stampin'Up! Beautiful You set

and a flower set called Grateful Bunch.

I used the flowers of the Grateful bunch first on the kraft paper

embossed with white embossing powder and colored in blue.

The same ink is used to stamp the flowers on the card

and to color the dresses of the women. I also stamped the smallest

flower on top of the colored dresses as if itis the print of

the dress. The  women where stamped on a separate piece

of paper and cut out to add to the card with foam tape.

Beautiful You

This card is made with a wonderful new set I have

from Stampin'Up! called Beautiful You.

It has a bunch of wonderful images and sentiments. 

I made my first card for the 

Tuesday Morning Sketches Blog.

The girl image is stamped twice,

once on the kraft colored paper

and next on the patterened paper. From the

patterned paper  the dress and hat part

is cut out and glued to the image on the 

kraft paper.

Once i got started I just could not stop anymore.

The image looks wonderful on kraft paper. Here

they are colored with a white pencil. I have so many

Stampin Up! older design paper blogs that not available

anymore, but are perfect for these kind of cards.

To some i added ribbons and to some I added

a few sticky pearls.

Birthday cards always come in handy and more

playing with the stamps and the design papers.

On the left card I colored the image and used

some design paper.

On these cards i colored my images with markers

in the colors of the background design papers.

Can you see I had fun? Well more to come!
