Today I share with you a card i made for the 

sketch challenge with a twist on the 

I {heart} sketches Blog

with digital images from

"from the heart stamps"

This way you can also play for more.

The sketch always has a twist. You don't have to do

it,but I always try. This time it is use your coloring

skills. Mine are not very good,so I used a small image.

I colored my image with pencil.

From the Heart: FREE stamp of the month and sketch challenge

This  card is made for the sketch challenge on the

FromThe Heart Blog

and is made with the free stamp of the month.

If you like this digitl stamp set and want to play too

you can  find it here. This set is called Time to Bloom.

So I did the twist with the patterned paper too.

It gives the card lots of colors. I used the flowers

and the butterflies from this set. Printed them out and  

colored the images with SU! markers and cut themout.

The butterflies are in two layers. The head is a red sticky pearl

and the antennea are those you can also use for flowerstems.

The sentiment is cut out with a die and colored around

the edges with red ink and the corners decorated with 

green sticky pearls.

From The Heart sketch 143

I love the digital  images From The Heart

and so here is another card with it. This time for Easter and

the From The Heart Sketch Challenge 143.

The sketch always has a twist: this time,

use something from your stash. Well I got out my box of buttons.

And I stacked two of them on this card.

The images are colored with distress markers.

I printed the image twice for I wanted to add 

some dimentional egg shells. On top of the egg

shells I also added some glossy accent to make

them shine. I love the sentiment!

Of cource an Easter wish inside the card

matching the outside.
