showing you what you can create with the
I am happy you have arrived here from
and commented on her beautiful work.
I have had a lot of fun using these wonderful papers
and i start with my scrap page:
Unfortunately we had no snow (yet), but some frosting on
the stones was enough for Owen to play with.
With these papers it was so easy to make this page for
all the elements were there.
Beautiful snowflake stamps in different sizes. I embossed
them in silver and cut them out with different circle punches.
Great sentiments came also with this kit and
only had to be cut out. Lovely icy fiber. What can go wrong?!
My next project is gift wrapping. I got out my
envelop punch board and my score board for this project.
Here is the template with all the score measurements.
But first some stamping. I used the snowflakes again
to decorate this star box. I stamped with versamark and
used silver embossing powder.
When all the scoring is done, take your envelop punch board
for some punching.
After scoring and puinching is done, your paper
looks like this. Now you cut at the bottom of the box
until the first score line.
Glue the sides together before glueing the bottom.
I added a circle at the bottom for firmness.
The tag is a cut apart with a silver snowflake sticker
that also came with this kit. I also added some stickers
on the gift box.
When you add the ribbon to the box, you can see why
this is called a starbox! Inside there
is a bag of chocolades.
As today is the 4th day of Hanukkah, I also wanted to
ad a Hanukkah card. This card is made with some leftover
pieces of paper. Hanukkah lasts for 8 days and the 9th candle
is the one that lights the other candles.
The sentiment is from an older Club Scrap Hanukkah kit.
And last but not least is this absolute
CUTE pop up card. I wish it was my own idea,
but I found it
HERE and I just had to make one!
Have a look at the video
and see my card.
The inside of the card here
again with all the details.
It is like the twist and pop up card,
but no panels inside.
In the place of the panels are the hands.
I used the blue of Club Scrap's
Tilescapes from Nov 2011.
Always handy to have some left over scraps.
The buttons and the eyes are done with different
sizes of circle punches and the lines are all
drawn with a white and black pen.
So now I hope we get some snow!
Hope you got some inspiration out of my
projects. Thjey were fun to make.
If you hapen to loose your way you can
always go back to the main
and see all the participants.
For now the next blog is
and see what see has come up with for you.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
