Chocolate eggs

It will be a lot of chocolate for Easter, so how about
a fun Easter egg card?
For my card I used;
Platypus image from Craftin Desert Divas
Mini eggs from Michael Strong
bows die from Tim Holtz
sentiment by Create with TLC

The Platypus image comes colored and not colored.
I used the colored images this time and printed them
in opposites and 3 times, so I can make a 3d version.

Here you see all the parts that I cut before
mounting them with foam tape.

Now for the eggs. I used some dark brown
choclate colored paper and embossed the image
with coper colored embossing powder.

Don't they look yummy?!

Now here everything is put together.
On top of the egg a bow made with a die.
The bow and the beak of the animal are made shiny
with glossy accent.

Each egg also has a tine gemstone in the same color
as the bow on top of the egg.

A close up on the sentiment and the card is finished with a purple
ribbon and a bow. I used two paper punches for the sentiment.

Hope your Easter is going to be chocolate sweet too!

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!
