Bistro canvas

Today I have been stamping with a friend. We had seen something in a magazine and we went to work. We bought a canvas, got out the Blond Moments paint and stamped with Club Scraps'Bistro stamps. This is todays result. NO we are NOT FINISHED! Will be continued.

The one with people on it is mine and with the Eifel Tower is my friends.

Bistro enBorduren/ Bistro and Embroidery

Today I stamped and embroidered. Embroidery with stickers. I have had them for ages, but never used them.
These stickers are in all kinds of shapes:lines, corners, hearts, hats, purses, dresses.

Take a sticker of your choice and stick it to your paper. Than with a prickpen you punch the holes and you are ready to embroider. You can use all kinds of different stitches.

Below I have drawn a diagram on how I did the stitches for the purse. Of course there are other possibilities.

Here you see the finished purse. You can add a little flower on the clasp if you want.

And here the result. All paper and stamps are from the Bistro Club Scrap kit.

Inside I added a little embroidered pen with the saying.

More shopping.

This new shop stamp from Club Scrap jr is great to use. I found these purse stickers and they just go wonderful with this kit. They are see-through, so you can stick them to any colour of paper and embroider as you like. I stamped the shop with versamark on black and than embossed it with white embossing powder. I coloured it with sugar hot acrylic paint from Blonde Moments.

Ravishing Ribbon Challenge

Another new challenge at Caardvarks and of course I had to join: it is about ribbons and here is my card. I got the idea when the new Club Scrap jr. box came. The stamp with the shop was perfect. I used my cricut for the bags. All papers and letters are Club Scrap.
