Broche/ Brooch

En hier is de bijpassende broche, gemaakt met krimpfolie, kralen en stempels.
De kopjes en de lepeltjes zijn van Club Scrap, evenals de kralen.
De boontjes zijn van diffusion en de tekst is van Tin Can Mail (inkadinkado).
Speld aan de achterkant en glossy accent om alles mooi glanzend te maken.
And here is the matching brooch, made with shrinkplastic, stamps and beads.
The cups and spoons are by Club Scraps as are also the beads. The coffee beans are
by diffusion and the text is by Tin Can Mail (inkadinkado). I added a pin on the back and some glossy accent on top to make the brooch shine.

Bijbassende armband/ Matching bracelet

Natuurlijk moet er ook een armband bij! Hieraan hangen de gestempelde koffiebonen. Of course their has to be a matching bracelet, and here I used the coffeebean stamp.

Koffie Ketting/ Coffee Chain

Eens even heeeeeel iets anders! Maar het heeft wel met met stempelen te maken!
Ik ben namelijk begonnen met de koffiekopjes en de lepeltjes van Club Scrap Mocca Java te stempelen op krimpfolie. Dan uitknippen en een gaatje erin maken. Vervolgens krimpen met de heatgun. Dan jumprings in de gaatjes doen en met een tangetje dichtknijpen. Daarna de ketting rijgen. Met deze ketting ben ik midden voor begonnen met het kopje en na twee kanten verder afgewerkt. De kralen die ik hier gebruikt heb zijn voor een deel van de emelishment kit van Stratosphere en voor een deel van wat ik nog had. Something completely different this time! But it has to do with stamping. I began with stamping the cup and the spoon from Mocca Java from Club Scrap on shrink plastic. Than I cut it out and made a whole in it. Took the heatgun to shrink it and than put jumprings through the wholes. Than I started the chain with the cup in the middle on the front side and finished each to one side. I used a mix of beads from the embelishment kit from Stratosphere and some I still had lying around.

Verjaardags roos/ Birthday Rose

Ik vind het zo leuk om dit soort vierkante kaarten te maken, dat ik er hier nog maar eentje laat zien.Het papier is can Club Scrap (Interior Design) evenals de stempels. De roos is van Simply Beautiful en de achtergrond stempel is van Ivory Elegance.
The tekst is met de cricut gedaan (Beyond Birthdays). Binnenin zit nog een verrassing voor de jarige! De roos heb ik verder nog versierd met zilveren stickles. I just love to make these square cards, so here is another one for you. I used Club Scrap paper (Interior Design) and stamps (rose from Simply Beautiful and background swirl from ivory Elegance). The text is done with the cricut (Beyond Birthdays). Inside there is a surprise for the birthdaygirl. On the rose I did some silver stickles.

Papa

Eindelijk begonnen met wat pagina's over papa. Tja, het is al weer meer dan een jaar geleden dat papa is overleden en het is er maar steeds niet van gekomen. Nu heb ik van Club Scrap de speciale Vaderdags kit hiervoor besteld en dit zijn de eerste twee pagina's. Finally I started with pages for my father. It has been over a year ago that my dad died but I just coun't start to make any pages. Now I ordered the Fathersday kit from Club Scrap and here are my first two pages.

Hier is mijn echte kaart voor de uitdaging van de Wednesdaystampers van deze week met het thema "games". Die bingokikker had ik gewoon nog en moest even bedenken wat ik zou gaan doen. Heb eerst een alcohol-achtergrong gemaakt en daarna met zwart gestempeld. Ook op bijpassende kleuren papier en die uigeknipt en erbij geplakt. Een soort collage is het geworden.
Gebruikte stempels: time to play van Dawn Houser en clear stamps van Home Impressions (comic plate). Here is my real card for the challenge of the Wednesdaystampers of this week. The other card with the bingo frog, I made last year and was fun. Now I started with making an alcohol background and stamped on it with black. Also I used some coordinating colors ans stamped the same image and cut them out. I made a kind of collage.

Canvas kaarten/ Canvas cards

Waarom heten dit canvas kaarten? Ze heten canvas kaarten omdat de foto is afgedrukt op canvaspapier (van Xenos) en zo lijkt de foto net een schilderijtje. Ik vind het echt heel erg leuk. Jammer dat je het niet in het echt kan zien!!
Alle hier gebruikte papieren, stempels en embelishments zijn van Club Scrap.

Why are these cards called cancas cards? They are called canvas cards, because the pictures are printed on canvas paper! This is so cute, the picture looks like a little painting. it is a pity you cannot see this for real.

Simply Beautiful

Vandaag heb ik gescrapped. De pioenrozen stonden zo mooi in de tuin: nu was het moment om een foto te maken. Het papier van Club Scrap is natuurlijk geheel bijpassend even als de tekst, dus wat moet je dan nog meer zeggen dan dat deze bloemen gewoon prachtig zijn?!
Alle materialen zijn uit de kit van deze maand. De foto op de bovenste pagina heb ik afgedrukt op canvas papier (bij Xenos) en in het echt is het werkelijk net een schilderij.
De inkt die ik hier gebruikt heb is de archival sepia en van ranger de distress inkt in de kleur tattered rose.

Today I scrapped. The peonies in the garden were so beautiful, I just had to make some pictures. The paper from Club Scrap was just perfect as was it's text so what elso could I say about these gorgeous flowers?! All materials are from this months kit. The picture on the top is printed on canvas paper and in real just looks like a painting. The inkts I have used are by archival (sepia) and by ranger (disdress ink in the color tattered rose).

Uitleg kaart/ How to make this card.

Een aantal keren is mij gevraagd hoe deze kaart nu eigenlijk inelkaar zit en daarom deze uitleg.
Hieronder vind je een tekening van de maat van de kaart. Het is een lange strook van 26 cm bij 15 cm, die je niet geheel dubbelvouwd en alle hoeken met de hoekpons afrond. Aan de bovenkant doe je dit met een dichtgevouwen kaart.
Voor deze kaart heb ik al het papier gestempeld, maar je kunt natuurlijk ook leuk scrappapier gebruiken. Heb je toch nog vragen, dan kun je me gerust mailen! artwork © 1999-2007 Stampin'Up! by Hetty Sanders

Because I got some questions about this card, I made you this template. It is a strip of paper 10"x 6 " and as you can see not folded exactly in half. Take out your corner punch and make all corners rounded. The top two corners you make when the card is folded.

Here I stamped al the papers, but you can easily use nice scrap paper too.

Spelletje/ Game

De nieuwe uitdaging bij de Wednesdaystampers moet iets zijn dat met spelletjes te maken heeft. Leuk thema hoor! Ik ga er nog eens even over na denken en morgen heb ik er tijd voor.
Voor nu moeten jullie het even doen met een oude kaart van vorig jaar die ik nog had en goed in het thema past. Heb allerlei stempels gebruikt die ik in de afgelopen jaren verzameld heb, maar weet niet precies van welk merk.

The new challenge at Wednesdaystampers has something to do with games. I like the theme, but have no time, hopefully tomorrow. So for now you just have to do with this card from last year. I am not sure about the manufacturers of the stamps, but used all kinds I have collected over the years.

Simply coffee

Tja, ik kon het gewoon niet laten. Ik moest gewoon met het papier van deze maand van Club Scrap een koffiekaart maken. Het papier van "Simply Beautiful"gaat perfect samen met het koffie thema waar ik zo van hou, vind je ook niet? Je ziet hier eerst de buitenkant en daarna de binnenkant van de kaart.
Alle papieren en stempels zijn hier van Club Scrap.

Well, I just couldn't resist making a coffee card with this month's Club Scrap paper called Simply Beautiful. It just goes perfect with my coffee theme, don't you think? First you see the outside of the card and than the inside.

Bling bling uitdaging/ Bling bling challenge

Vandaag is er weer een nieuwe uitdaging bij Caardvarks: Bling bling. Deze kaart is gemaakt met Club Scrappapier en stempels van mei 2005: Painted Desert. Alleen de lintjes en de verjaardagswens (Fizz) horen daar niet bij. Ik heb hier gestempeld met Rangers distress ink in de kleuren shabby shutters (groen), fired brick (rood) en black soot (zwart).
In het midden van de bloem zijn glimmertjes geplakt met glossy accent en die heb ik ook over de glaadjes en de rand van de bloem gedaan. Dit soort effecten zie je in het echt altijd beter!
Today you find a new challenge at Caardvards: Bling bling. This card is made with papers and stamps from Club Scrap May 2005: Painted Desert, exept for the ribbons and the birthday wish (Fizz). I used the distress stamping pads from Rangers: shabby shutters (green), fired brick (red) and black soot (black) to stamp with and around the edges. In the middle of the flower I glued som gems with glossy accent, which I also applied on the leaves and around the flower. Of course you can see those accents much better when you see the card for real!

Nog eentje/ Just another

Nu eentje in zwart wit. Ook altijd leuk om te doen. Deze stijl met scrappapier en stempels worden volle kaarten waar veel is te zien. Weer een aantal setjes van Stampin'Up! doorelkaar gebruikt: Totally Cool, Riveting en Doodle this. Verder wat bloemetjes, lintjes en splitpennetjes. This time one in black and white. Always great to do!. I like this style with stamps and scrappaper. It becomes a full card with lots of little things to see. I used 3
