On the 6th day of Hanukkah I have two cards for you with some
new techniques of the Technique Junkies. The new newsletter has been
printed and is on the way to all members.
This first card shows you two techniques: the background is done in "salty glimmers" from the
old newsletter and the focal point is done in "silhouette" that you will find in the new newsletter.
Paper that is used id from Paper Temptress and the stamps are by Stampin'Up!.
The second card, made with the same stamps by Stampin'Up! and papers by Club Scrap, is made in the "pencil resist" technique and gives the Chanukkiah a total different look.
The Technique Junkies are a great inspiration for those who want to learn more stamping techniques. Also there is a Yahoogroup were you can share your cards and see what others have done with the same techniques. It is worthwhile to take a look at the Technique Junkies and try one of the three free tutorials.
Pat Huntoon is the founder of the Technique Junkies and she also has her own Blog: The Technique Trail and also you can take a look at the Design Team Blog: Design Junkies.
Have a creative day!
