I just love that new chalky technique
Tim Holtz is showing in his November tag.
Unfortunately i do not have the new embossing powder
and also not the framelits, so in style of
Tim's tag, I made my own variation:
I choose to use the pumpkin stamp
of the Halloween blueprint 2 set.
I stamped it collage style with white
ink on the background and for the
front pumpkin, I stamped it 2 times
on another piece of black paper and
embossed it in white.
I did want to give the pumpkin a touch
of orange and I used my karisma pensils
to color the pumpkin.
For the text I used the simple sentiment stamps.
Having been in the US in October,
there were pumpkins everywhere.
In front of houses and restaurants.
And for the first time I tasted PSL (pumpkin spiced latte)
and I loved it. Wish I had taken some home!
Also I had to have a pumpkin picture with me in it.
And pumpkin soup, I made it too and it is yummy
(just forgot to take a picture....next time I will).
Have a wonderful creative pumpkin day!
