Club Scrap Weekly Chronicle: Chinese New Year

As it is Chinese New Year it was easy

to come up with a theme for the Weekly Chronicles

at the Club Scrap forum.

Now what to do?

Well my stampfriend Shelly told me she was going to

China to visit her daughter and when I noticed her pictures 

on facebook I asked her permission to use her pictures.

The finished page is made with Club Scrap Fire& Ice papers,

stamp and stenil.

Before I added anything I used the stencilwith black sooth

distress ink and  a blending tool.

Of course I had to add some Michael Strong stamp

and the origami birds are perfect for the occasion.

The are stamped and embossed and  some red

ink added with a blending tool.
