I haven't played for two months,
but I am back and hope to add the two I missed as well.
I absolutely love this month's tag
and here is my version of
You find all about the techniques on Tim's
blog and even though my tag looks different, I have
used all the techniques he has shown in his tutorials.
This is the base of the tag. The girls is a
stamp by a Dutch firm called Stampinback,
everything else I used is from Tim Holtz's line.
As I do not have the butterfly die,
I decided to use my leaves from the movers & shapers
for this tag. After coloring my glossy paper with alcohol
inks in Autumn colors
I stamped on top with one of the script stamps from Tim
and used black archival ink. Now the strip of paper is
ready to use in the big shot.
Her are the finished leaves.
And the leaves were folded in halv and glued
to the tag on top of the face.
From the left over bits and pieces I cut these
letters and added them to the tag.
Thank you for stopping by
and creative greetings,

I like that your used your leftovers to cut the letters : it makes the card look cohesive.
