Stencil Time3

It is time I share something other than cards,
because there is way more you can do with your stencils.
Now all of the members of the
Club Scrap Artist Team have been playing
with stencils and all share their
projects today.
You find the links to their blogs on the
and you get lots more inspiration.

My project for today is a mini-album
with some left over papers from the Club Scrap
Cantina kit.

I want to show you, that you can hardly do anything
wrong with using your stencils. For this project
you just need several stencils, inkpads and matching
blending tools to turn these plain pages in beautiful
backgrounds for the mini book.

For an album you need some pages,
so here are the measurements
of the pages I have used:
Cover: 12 x 7 inch and scored at 5,5 - 6 - 6,5

inside pages: 6 x 12 inch folded in half (blue)
6 x 10 inch folded in half (kraft)
8,5 x 5,5 inch folded at 3,5 (white with flowers)

For this blue pages I took one of the stencils,  a color of ink
and a blending tool and added color to the paper. To make it
more interesting I combined the stencil with a marker and
adding some words in a rythm to the background.
Here  close up of the finished paper.
Finished outside

and inside of this page. Here I used two stencils
and one color. Just turn the stencilwith the lines for effect.

The kraft paper on the outside using two different stencils
and also two different colors.
And here is the inside, also with three stenils and 3 colors.

The page with the flower border.
First the leave stencil with light green ink.

Next the dotted stencil with red and dark green.

And this is how the inside turned out.
Two stencils, 2 colors.
This book has 2 sets of pages inside and this is the other
set of pages. You see more stamping here.
The papers on the outside
and here they are on the inside.
This is the front of the book.
The panel is made like all the pages and some extra
stamps from the Botanical kit and of course a little bling
aacent in the heart of the flowers.
Behind the panel there is a hidden piece you can pull out
with the tab. Same stenciling and word stamps.
Soon I will add pictures.
This is the inside of the cover. Not only stencils, but also
some stamping. I liked the sentiments from Botanicals for
this project. 3 stencils are used here before i started stamping.
Here you see it all together as a booklet.
I like it that the pages all have different sizes.

Here you see the two packs of pages for
the inside of this book.

The pages are sewn together in a simple way.

I hope all these pictures give you an idea what you
can do with these stencils and keep it simple, but effective.

If you like these stencils I use, you might
wnat to take a look at the Club Scrap site
and see all the STENCILS they have.
Tomorrow day 4 with another fun stencil idea.
Thanks for looking!
Have a creative day!
