Today something totally different,
no babies!
Raymond and I went on a walk through
our home town with an architect. We only came to live
here about 15 years ago,we did not grow up here, so
it was very interresting to learn more about it.
The sad thing was, that this day the weatherforecast
predicted a Summer storm. When we left it was dry
and nice, but during the walk it started raining and the
wind became stronger and stronger.
We ended the walk in the mill and we went all the way
up hearing the wind howling around the roof.
Later we learned this storm was the worst since 1901!
We learned a lot about our town, but we hope to do
it again when the weather is better!!
The papers are from Club Scrap's Big City kit
( from 2012) and I used 1 & 2 of the ALSB pages of this kit.
The cut aparts are also from this kit.
The tile decorations are stamps by
Michael Strong called cloisonné accent stamps.
These are embossed with silver embossing
powder and a sticky silver gemstoon as an accent.
Thank you for looking and hope to see you back soon.
Your comments are always much appreciated.
Have a creative day!

What fun to walk your town with an architect and learn more about the buildings and history! I would love to do that! A shame tho about the summer storm. You did a great job documenting the fun day! Love your layout, photos and embellishments!!! Thanks for sharing!
