Welcome to another of our monthly Blog Hops

at Club Scrap

The kit this month is called Transformations

and has some beautiful colors to work with.

As I am also playing this week with the

Coffee Loving Cardmakers

I have a wonderful gift idea for you..

You can use this either for a coffee gift or a tea gift,

whatever you prefer.

This is the front

and this is the back.

You add a coffee packet or a tea bag

and some cookies and ready is your gift.

But the question is:

How to make it!

Well here is the tutorial:

Start by cutting off a strip of 3,5 inch from a piece 

of 12 x 12 inch paper. We are working wit a 12 x 8,5

piece of paper.

Now we are going to score.

You can draw the lines and use a bonefolder to fold

or take a score-board if you have one.

Here are the measurements for scoring:

on the short side you score at: 2,5 inch and 6 inch

Now on the long side we make some more scores at:

1,25 - 2,5 - 5 - 7 - 9,5 and 10,75 inch

When you did all this, you need scissors to cut

of 4 corners of 2,5 x 2,5 inch like you see

on the template.

Now it is folding time.

Start by folding these corners towards the inside.

Next you foldone pard to the inside

and then the other part over the first part.

You see all the folding lines now to make

the gift wrap. The outside flaps are also folded

and they are the top of the gift.

The middle part is the bottomand lift the sides.

I put some real Dutch "speculaas" in a

bag and took a bag of green tea.

Made a cute card to go with the gift.

I printed the words on a piece of paper

and used the stencil that came with the kit

and a pencil to draw the rocks around the words.

Cutting out the rocks, adding some ink

and taping themwith foam tape to

the background (that I stamped with the

ginko leave from the UM stamps.

Now adding everything together and on top

made some holes through the flaps for adding a ribbon.

adding the tea bag in one side

and the card on the other side.

Making a nice bow in the ribbon with some 

embellishments and you are ready!

Oh yes and here they both are:

coffee or tea,whatever you prefer!

In the coffee variation I added the same coockies

and some pumpkin latte bags.

And this is the small card that Imade,

using the September tool (using a knife)

technique even on this tiny card!

Welcome to another fun day of

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop

Today is also National Coffee Day

And because of this I have some 

BLOG CANDY.

You know you can be part of this to,

just hop over to the blog and add your

card on the linky party!

Lots of fun prizes to win.

Today I used Stampin'Up! washi tape for these cards.

These are some take10 cards: easy to make and fun.

So start with some washi tape rolls. I used 3 different  kinds.

I have a die of a cup and card paper.

The die is from taylored expressions.

Start wit taping the washi tape to the panel of the card.

You can make any pattern you like.

Now I took some stamps to add a sentiment

at the bottom of the card.

The Halloween wish is by Tim Holtz

and the Java stamp is by Club Scrap.

On a smaller piece of cardstock I cut out the cups.

First I cut one cup, then turned over the paper and did the

other cup so I got the ears both on the outside.

Using a white gelpen around the border,

adding a ribbon and with foam tape add this

iece on top of the washi tape.

Now tape the panel to the card with foam tape. Done!

For this card I added the washi tape horizontal

instead of vertical. This way the card looks a little different,

but how you make it is the same. Quick cards if you need a lot.

Yes, we meet again for another coffee inspired card

for the 

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop.

Today my card is made with several different 

Stampin'Up! sets:

Just for Fun (background stamp) - not available anymore

Perfect Blend (coffee cup)

Lighthearted Leaves (leaves)

The "thanks" is a die from 

the Tim Holtz sizzix collection.

You can find it here.

I started out the card with 3 colors of ink

and this background stamp.

The cup and the leaves were stamped on a seperate piece of

paper.I used the same 3 colors for coloring the leaves

and the cup. They are added with foam tape to the card.

Hope you all enjoy all the entries at the

Coffee Loving Cardmkers Blog Hop.

On Sunday I always share a scrappage,

so today it is all about coffee.

For this scrappage I used:

Club Scrap Mocha Java papers

Club Srap coffee cup and coffee bean stamp

Michael Strong coffee steam stamp

Michael Strong alphabet stamps

oval paper punch 3/4"x 1 1/2"

Thank to my daughter,who made these pictures of me yesterday!

I might need a new profile picture now.

The letters are stamped with versamark

and embossed with copper kettle embossing powder.

Then punched out with a paper punch.

The steamis cut out by hand.

The Club Scrapcoffee cup is also embossed with

 copper kettle embossing powder.

The coffee bean heart is just stamped the beens two times

and drawing the heart around it.

Coffeeloverscardmakers Blog Hop: Day 2

Today I share a project for you

on the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop,

that you can use for a gift.

It is a decorated post it block.

I found a video online and that inspired me to make

this. You can find it here.

The construction of the holder is the same

as on the video tutorial. Only I used a larger

piece of paper 5,5 x 7,5 inch and folded

the paper at 3,5 inch and 4 inch

and also cut of the 1/4 strip of paper.

I enlarged the tabs by 1/2 an inch to make more

room for the sentiment.

For this project I used  the following:

Michael Strong's coffee stamps

and Pumpkin Harvest stamp.

The sentiment is typed up with the computer

Club Scrap Coffee ring

This is the background paper I created with the Club Scrap

coffee ring stamp.

I typed up the sentiment with the computer

and punched it out with the SU! window punch.

On top of this I added the pumpkin coffee!

Here in The Netherland I cannot find this coffee,

but i have tasted it in the USA and I love it

)that is why i added the love buttons'.

Here you see all the layers of the project.

The notbook,the coffee cup and the button.

Of course I had to stamp something on 

the first page of the note pad!
