Dragonfly Pocketletter

I was making some atc's (cards of 2,5 inch by 3,5 inch) for trayinding and had so much fun that 3 cards suddenley were 9 cards and I had enough to make a pocketletter. You see them quite a lot these days. All the stamps I used are by Art Neko.  The main stamp I used on all the cards is the dragonfly background stamp. All other stamps I used are the large winged dragonfly pair, dragonfly medallion, dragonfly triplets, flower and sentiment.

Here a little close up of the first 3 cards. I started with stamping the dragonfly background stamp on different surfaces in the blue color (salty ocean distress ink). Next I stamped the dragonfly medaillion on yellow paper with black ink and colored the wings with light blue glitter glue. On the middle one I sponged yellow ink as the moon through a piech of a 1 inch punched out circle. On top of the blue I stamped the set of 3 dragonflies with black ink. On the left card I used a left over gold embossed piece of the dragonfly stamped background. On all the 3 cards I added tiny red sticky pearls.

For the center cards I first used two pieces of black paper and embossed the background stamp with white embossing powder. The center piece of these cards are a stamped flower and paper cut out with a honeycomb dye. The middle card is totally different. Here I stamped and gold embossed the background stamp on brown paper. Then cut out a circle with a die and used a crumpler. With the black strips on top and bottom it looks like a chinese lantern. The dragonfly on top is punched out with one of those handheld punches.Top and bottom of this card are glittery washi tape.

And the bottom cards are different again. Stamping the background stamp on various papers. Left to right: regular cardstock colored in blue ink and dragonflies stamped in black, middle watercolor paper, first backgroundstamp in blue and next larg winged dragonfly pair in black and right the background stamp on top of a piece of bookpaper. On all these cards i used the dragonfly sentiment.
