Now here is the finished knitting I shared
with you yesterday. For this woven cowl I used a Dutch
pattern, that I found here.
Now for an English version I searche high and low
and found this here.
It is such a nice and warm cowl and with the
cold weather today I enjoy wearing it.
I used 2 balls of wool from a shop called Zeeman.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
Sooooo cute! I love how you used the chicks standing on each other as one of the elements! Adorable card! Glad you joined us at FMS!

Love the scarf Hetty!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun birthday card with those happy chickies! Love your take on the sketch too! Your knitted scarf is so beautiful. When I saw the previous picture of it (unfinished) I was wondering how the "tails" were going to work! WOW amazing how they are braided then caught up in the stitching!!! Great photo of you wearing it too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card Hetty - my son always called his sister 'Chickie' so I immediately thought of that when I saw your card.
ReplyDeleteLove the cowl scarf - it all makes sense now - when you showed it in your past post part done it had me wondering how it would finish up.
Blessings
