{Cupcake Inspiration} challenge 413

Today I was inspired by the delicious image

I found this dotted paper in my stash and
just loved cutting it
and stacking it with the choclate brown colored
paper. I think the die cut birthday sentiments was
enough to finish the card. I just added a fun party hat

amnd put some icing on the sentiment (glossy accent).

Now  I had some dotted paper left and did not
want to trow it away, so I used it to make this fun
spinner card for my grandson's graduation
to the next class after the Summer vacation.

Yes, he is my little star!
I am hosting a spinner card challenge on the
Club Scrap blog, so that is how I just
had to make another spinner card.

I love the idea to have the sentiment spinning also!
The star is a rubber stamp by Michael Strong
and the sentiment is made with the computer.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

  1. Love your cards Hetty, but I think my computer has distorted the colours because to me it looks like a dull brick red on the dotted paper and green on the solid in the first card, and the second card looks a brick red too!!
Love your spinner card, and so beautifully custom made for Owen too!
