Club Scrap Artist Team and Fall Coffeelovers Blog Hop day 5

Welcome to the
Artist Team blog hop
and we feature "watercolor" ideas.
I hope you have arrived here from
and seen her wonderful artwork.
If not you find all the participants on the

I have many things going on this week and
a few quick backgrounds foir my cards would be great.
I love to watercolor with my embossing folders.

You need an embossingfolder
some watercolor paper
and a few colors of ink.

On one side you put the watercolor paper
ad on the other side add the inks and a few
drops of water.

Close the embossing folder and
run it through the embossing machine.

When opening the folder you not only have
the folers impression, but also a beautiful
watercolor look to it.

Here are the three backgrounds I made for my cards.

This is the finished first card.
I used Club Scraps Orchard papers and
fruit stamps. The sentiment is from
another kit (2014 June Picknick).
I also use a honecomb diecut to reveal
the background color of the card.

The card came to mind after I went with the
kids and grandkids to an orchard nearby to
pick apples and pears.

For the crate I used a thinlit from Stampin'Up!
and the stencil from the orchard kit to give
the paper a wooden look.

The second card is made for the
Jewish New Year. The apple is a symbol
we use on cards, because we eat a sweet apple
with honey to  wish each other
 a very sweet new year.

The sentiment is an old one from my stash,

The apple is colored with some ink direct from
the craft sheet with a few drops of water.

Before adding the apples and sentiment, i sprayed a little gold
on the card to make it extra special. Hope you can see it.

Now for the last card, I just had to make a coffee
card, for I am playing in the Fall Coffeelovers Blog Hop.
All materials are Club Scrap Orchard kit
even the bottle cap that came with this kit.
The sentiment inside is from the Club Scrap
stampset Coffee Break. The leaves behind
the bottle cap are punched out of an orange colored
 nesspresso pod.

Now for some more inspiration hop over to
and see what she has made to share with you.
