More apples for the Jewish New Year

Today I share a very different way of using
Michael Strong's digital apple image.
It is a free image HERE.
This time i made a documnent in Word with
apples all over the page. Then I printed it on
aquarel papers. I used two colors of color burst
and water to color the paper.

Adding the powder to the paper and
spaying it with water,

Then i took a paper towel to blot of the pools
of water. This way it dries more quickly.

Next cut the paper in 4 parts to make cards.

Here are the 4 finished cards.

Card 1:
bees from Michael Strong's Hanna's Busy Bee set
sentiment from old Stampin'Up! set
background embossed with honeycomb embossing folder

Card 2:
Hebrew sentiment from Zum Gali Gali meaning: Happy New Year.
The bee is a die from Stampin'Up!

Card 3:
The top New Year apple sentiment is by Zum Gali Gali.

Card 4:
Bees from Michael Strong's Hannah's Busy Bee
Honecomb stencil and distress ink for the background.
Drop of bleach in the heart of the apple (taking away the color)
Sentiment from my stash (unknown).

Wonderful cards Hetty, and I had never thought of printing on watercolour paper - what type of printer do u you use that the ink does not bleed when wet?
