As Rosh Hashanah - Jewish New Year - is around the corner
(September 10/11) I am busy making cards. On my other blog
Creative Stampin4you I have a blog hop going with
a group of Jewish Stampin'Up! demos. Go here.
For these cards I used an old cardbox I have from
Stampin'Up!. It came with great bakgrounds
and easu to use flowers and leaves.
Here you see some of the parts from the box that was used.
From the recent catalogue I used
the set Jars of Love (for the honey jar)
and Pick me Up (for the apple)
The sentiment is from an old SU! set
called Mazel Tov.
Here the sentiment is from Ruth Jewish Stamps.
As you can see i added the flowers with a piece
of foam tape and on top of the flower you find
an adhesive enamel dot.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Hetty, your New Year cards are beautiful! I love the various backgrounds you created and the colors and the layering! The apples have such beautiful colors on them too! They look so real!
