Not only Easter is around the corner, but also
the Jewish Passover.
This holiday starts on the eve of April 19.
Want to know more about Passover, take a look HERE.
For my cards I used a subway freebie from my friend
Paulette of the Create with TLC Blog.
For this card I also used some prima flowers from my stash
and the frog is a stamp by Stampin'Up! from the set
"So hoppy together".
The subway art has been tucked behind the back panel,
so it can open up. It is hold closed by the flowers.
Behind the subway art I added the sentiment (an old SU! stamp).
The panel is made by printing out a matzah background.
I found the picture online and add it here for you to grab too:
Save it to your computer and you can use it any size you want.
For the 2nd card I used left over pieces of matzah paper
to make tiny pieces for on the card. I added some brown ink
and used my crimper to have a real matzah look.
The background of the card is made with the direct to
paper technique with a little blue ink and some distress
antiqued brass mica spray.
The golden doily behind the matzah is by Stampin'Up!.
The seder plate is a stamp from Zum Gali Gali
rubber stamps. And the same sentiment as on the other
card from Stampin'Up!. I added a few swquins for more
bling on the card.
Hope you get inspired to make some Passover cards.
Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!
