Mouse Balloons as a FREEBIE on the
I printed the image on cardstock and used a posteroid die
to cut the image out. Some coloring a birthday wish stamp,
design paper and a ribbon and ready!
Sometimes you do not need much to finish a card.
I was thinking this would also be nice as a baby card:
