Medallion

prachtige medallion kunt maken.

On all kinds of blogs I see them:
medallions on cards.
I think this is because of the medallion die
by Tim Holtz.
But what idf you do not have this?
Well if you type: medallion tutorial in google
they pop up everywhere.
I found this one:
and here you see how to make a medallion
with a border punch.

With my beach border I made this strip of 1,5 x 11 inch
and in the tutorial you see how easily
you can turn this into a medallion.

Here a close up of the result.
On top of the medallion you see tree mini shells
by Michael Strong embossed on different colors of
embossing powder. In the background you see
the sea star stamp by Michael Strong.
Paper and sentiment is
by Club Scrap and the border punch is
by Martha Steward.

Hetty, what an absolutely awesome idea!!!
I love that border punch! Anything to do with the ocean makes me smile! We live about a mile from the beach hear on Cape Cod and I just love it!

What a terrific way to combine TH die with the punched border! I don't even think he has thought of that! Great job!

Hetty,
Great card! I like this color combo, and I like nautical objects. Wonderful!
