It is colored with pencils and
on top at the bottom of the dress
glitter glue is added to make the dress
even more festive.
The balloons are punched out
and added with double sided foam tape.

Hetty- Your card is gorgeous! Love how you added the balloons. Also gorgeous how you added the glitter to the bottom of the dress. I think Paulette was nicely surprised. Next year we will need to coordinate delivering our cards to CA along with some cupcakes. hehe
