Here is my version of the June tag
as seen on the Tim Holtz Blog
d there you also find the tutorials on how
to make your own tag.
I choose to make a coffee tag
with the splatter stencil.
This is the background that I made
with vintage photo,spiced marmalade and
mustered seed distress ink pad.
As tag I choose a kraft tag and stamped
the border with Club Scrap coffee stains.
How you make the bow is also explained on Tim's blog.
The coffee cups and steam are
stamps by Michael Strong
and you find the here.
The coffee time clock is a clock plate from my stash
and those spoons are stamps from Club Scrap
stamped on shrink plastic.
The sentiment is by TimHoltz
(Stampers Anonymous Good Thoughts

I did make some more backgrounds,
but you find out about those soon enough.
Have a creative day!
Awesome tag! I love, love, love the background! The spoons as clock handles was so clever! Really nice project! :)
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love your take on the TH June tag! The Michael Strong stamps worked beautifully and the clock you made is SO clever. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteNicely done. I love that you made it a coffee tag and used those awesome cups.
ReplyDeleteI particularly like your stencil that you chose to use as the coffee rings. What a brilliant idea! Love your tag.
ReplyDeleteGreat tag. Wonderful color choices, especially for a coffee themed tag
ReplyDeleteAwesome tag! those coffee cups are adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love how you applied his tag techniques and elements to your own theme (which I LOVE!) Colors, coffee splatters, and coffee cups are perfect. =) Which reminds me, I need to go see if my morning coffee is done yet LOL.
ReplyDeleteI do love what you did with the tag. It's always good when someone takes Tim's tag as inspiration and runs with it to do their own thing.
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
